Solar panel connection

Note: some cust extend the print cable easily so be wise about the positive and negative poles.
Step 2: Inverter AC output connected to the home socket, open the socket switch to ensure that the home power grid is in a normal energized state; (Figure 2)

Notes:

  1. Unable to use during a power outage!
  2. The power of the panel cannot exceed the power of the inverter, and the panel voltage must be within the specified voltage range of the inverter
  3. When the panels are connected in series, the power and VOC of the panels will be added up; When panels are connected in parallel, VOCs are not added together;

Common problems and after-sales service

Inverter heating
This is a normal phenomenon. All electronic devices generate heat during operation. The inverter uses aluminium alloy material. Metals can better transfer heat. The inverter also has over-temperature protection, if the temperature is very high. So the inverter will automatically reduce the working output efficiency. Or stop working. Until it cools down, restart. It is recommended to install the inverter in a ventilated, dry, and cool place. (If the local temperature is too high, you can install an additional small fan to cool the inverter)

Inverter not working
Please test whether the input voltage of the panel is within the specified range of the inverter, The inverter AC output port is connected to a home socket, and the socket is powered on .

After you have completed the above self-test. Please contact merchant customer support. To solve the problem faster, you can provide us with the following information so that the technician can analyze the judgment?

  1. How many solar panels do you use? What is the wattage of the solar panel?
  2. What is the open circuit voltage of the solar panel in volts? (Voc)
  3. How to connect solar panels in series or parallel?
  4. What is the state of LED? Not lit up? Red light?

How to record a video? (Suggestion))?

  1. Please connect all wiring. DC and AC terminals.
  2. Test the DC input voltage and take photos. Please test the AC voltage and take a photo.
  3. You can also connect the AC power cord to a home socket. Then connect other loads to the home socket, such as a fan, and start it. We need to determine if the power grid of the socket you are connected to is normal.
  4. Please record the LED status.
