Product Usage Instructions

Connecting the Hub:

1. Connect your charger to the USB-C female charging port on the hub.
2. Connect your source devices such as Laptop/MacBook to the hub using the appropriate ports based on your requirements.
3. Ensure all connections are secure before use.

Using Audio/Mic Port:
The 3.5mm Audio/Microphone port follows CTIA Standards. Plug in your compatible audio devices for input/output.

Data Transfer and Power Output:

• USB C Data Transfer Port: Supports up to 10Gb/s data speed and provides a maximum power output of 5V/0.9A.
• USB 3.0 Port: Offers data speed of up to 5Gb/s and a maximum power output of 5V/0.9A.
• USB 3.1 Port: Provides data transfer speed of up to 10Gb/s and a maximum power output of 5V/0.9A.

Using SD & Micro SD Card Reader:
Insert your SD or Micro SD cards into the designated port for data transfer and access.

Charging and Power Management:
The hub supports upstream charging but is limited to 87-96W for safety reasons. Use a power adapter with a maximum output of 100W for optimal performance.

Remarks

1. Support both SST & MST.

3. HDMI resolution will be 1080P/60Hz when dual or triple display with DP.
4. To the TB4 devices with 11th Gen intel CPU just can support max resolution 4K@30Hz.

FAQ

• A. Why is there no video output?

1. Pls make sure if your USB-C devices support video output.
2. Pls make sure if the connection is good.
3. Pls use a standard HDMI cable.

• B. Why is there no audio output from HDMI?

1. Pis make sure if there’s audio output on the Monitor.
2. Pls set the external monitor as default audio output device.

• C. What if the WIFI drops when the hard drive has been connected to the hub?

1. 2.4G is easily interfered, you can switch to 5G network, or try to move the hard drive to a suitable place.

• D. What if the USB driver can’t be identified?
  • Restart the device and connect the hub again.
• E. What if the display screen drops after connecting a large current hard drive?
