FAQ
- Why is there no audio output from the HDMI port?
- Please make sure that the monitor has an audio output function.
- Please set the external monitor as the default audio output device
- Why cannot I connect two portable hard drives to the USB port?
- The USB port is powered by your computer.
- The power supply depends on the USB port of the upstream device. Please do not connect two or more high-power-consuming devices simultaneously.
- Why does my 13™ MacBook Pro receive only 55W power during charging after I connect my 61W charger to the hub?
- When the hub is connected to the power adapter, it draws power directly from the adapter instead of a computer. So, the hub would keep around 5W power to maintain a proper function of itself.
- Why there’s a delay when I use the hub with my wireless mouse? (Why the hub causes interference to WI-FI)
- When USB3.0 is at work, noises can be caused that interfere with the wireless mouse and network working at a 2.4 GHz frequency channel. The product itself has been shielded to decrease noise interference to a 2.4 GHz frequency channel. If the problem persists, you can try the methods below:
- use a cabled mouse
- use the extended USB cable
- Shift your WI-FI to a 5Ghz frequency channel.
