Installation Instruction

1. Wipe up an area on the battery compartment for placing the control box.
2. Place and fix the control box and the area with double-sided tape.
3. Place the control box as shown in the picture.
4. Wipe up the cart roof.
5. Peel off the release paper of the light strip. and then stick the strip on with its terminal part pointing towards the gott cart front.
6. Press lhe surface to enhance the adhesion. It will be better if you can use extra tape to hold their ends.
7. Finish the part of roof strips.
8. Organize the wires with wire organizers.
9. Peel of the release paper and stick the organizers in place.
10. Hold the wires as shown in the picture.
11. Plug the long wire to the socket on the roof.
12. Wire down along the golf cart rear frame.
13. Zip-tie the wires.
14. Zip-tie the v,,.ires of the 4 underglow strips. Wiring Diagram of Golf Cart Ribbon Light Bar.
15. Connect all the 5 plugs.
16. Connect the light kit to the battery with red ends to the positive ( +) and black ends to the negative(-).
17. Tighten the connection with a 14mm wrench.
18. Connection complete.

Precautions

1. Connect the lights and then power on to lest whelher it works. It can be dangerous to power on during the installation process. Please power on after installation.
2. Do not twist the light bar during installation to prevent the light bar from breaking or disconnection.
3. When replacing the remote control or control box, press any key on the remote control to pair the remote control and the control box within 5 seconds of power on.

Troubleshooting

1. If the light turns off but occasionally turns on automatically Check: Whether there is any looseness between the power cord of the control box and the battery.
2. If the light works before installation. but not after installation Check: Whether the connection port between the lamp and the main controller is loose.is the main controller and the Battery positively and negatively connected.
3. when the remote control does not work Check: Whether the remote control battery is charged. Then reconnect u,e control box. press any key on the remote control to re-pair within 5 seconds of power on.
4. When half of the bar lights are off or there is only one colour in the seven colour modes Check: Whether the light bar is twisted or damaged, if it cannot be repaired, it should be replaced.
