Precautions
Cautions & Warnings
- Ensure you have fully read, understood and comply with the cautions & warnings in the Arc Users Manual supplied with the oven.
- All four of the casters should always be locked unless you are moving the oven.
- Never attempt to move the oven when it is still warm, wait for it to fully cool first.
- When moving the oven on the stand always push/pull from the stand and not the oven.
- Remove anything loose from the stand and its shelves before moving it.
- Placing hot items from the oven onto the wooden shelves may damage them, use appropriate protection to avoid damage.
- Exposing the wood to direct sunlight and rain for extended periods can cause the protective layers to break down. To prevent this follow the below steps:
- Store the unit out of sunlight when not in use.
- Dry the wood with a soft cloth after exposure to moisture.
- Apply an outdoor furniture oil treatment every 8 weeks.
Gas Oven
- Always disconnect the oven from the gas supply before moving the oven.
- The casters should always be locked when the oven is connected to a gas supply, even if the oven isn’t in use.
- Ensure you’re using a Gozney supplied gas connector or one that complies with the Standard for movable gas appliances (ANSI Z21.69 / CSA 6.16), and a quick-disconnect device that complies with the relevant Standards (ANSI Z21.41 / CSA 6.9).
- The gas connector and the quick disconnect device or its associated piping should never be used to limit the movement of the appliance.

Step 9
INSTALLING ARC
- Ensure fixing F004 and F001 are assembled into the stand before installing the oven.
- Remove anything loose from the oven before moving.
- Two people should pick up Arc from the rounded ends of the oven as shown.

Step 10
WARNING
It is important for the safe usage of Arc or Arc XL that the gas bottle is secured to the oven as specified in the instructions below.
LPG BOTTLE SETUP
- Remove F001 and replace with the eye bolt and chain that is in the box. The eye bolt needs to be rotated until it can rotate no further, this ensures it is securely installed.
- Thread the chain through the handle of the gas bottle and clip it to either the eye bolt or the chain depending on the size of the bottle used. The chain needs to be taught to prevent the bottle from moving when on the stand.
- To prevent stress on the components, ensure that the length of the chain doesn’t not exceed 80% of the length of the hose assembly.
