1. PROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT
This step unit is the ideal access aid for caravans and mobile homes. The step
unit can be dismantled to save space when travelling.
This device is not designed to be used by children or persons with limited
metal abilities or without experience and/or lack of required specialist
knowledge.
Keep children away from the device.
The device is not designated for commercial use.
Utilisation according to the intended purpose also includes the observance of all information in these operating instructions, particularly the observance of the safety instructions. Any other utilisation is considered to be contrary to the intended purpose and may lead to material damages or personal injuries. EAL GmbH assumes no liability for damage resulting from improper use.

3. SAFETY NOTES
- Keep children away and do not permit children to use or play with this device!
- Only use this product for the intended use!
- Do not manipulate the device!
- Only use the step unit on a firm surface!
- For your own safety, only use accessories or replacement parts specified in the instructions or that the manufacturer has recommended!
4. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
First fit the ends of the pipe with the protective caps. Fit the struts to one pipe using the tommy screws in such a way that the struts are on the outside and the screws on the inside. Now mount the other pipe to the free end of the struts in the same way. Do not tighten the screws yet. Now set up the frame you have created. Place a tread on the upper level of the frame and screw into place from below using four tommy screws. Again, do not tighten these screws yet. Place the second tread on the lower level of the frame and screw into place from below using four tommy screws. Align the step unit in such a way that it stands firmly on the ground and does not wobble. Now tighten all of the screws. The step unit is ready for use.
5. MAINTENANCE, CLEANING AND STORAGE
MAINTENANCE
If you use the step unit over a longer period of time, regularly check to
ensure that the screws are all firmly seated.
CLEANING
Only clean the step unit with a soft cloth and do not use any aggressive
cleaning agents or solvents. In the event of heavy contamination, allow the
dirt to dry and then remove with a brush.
STORAGE
When not in use, store the step unit in a dry place. Protect the parts of the
dismantled step unit when transporting in a caravan or mobile home to ensure
that they do not bump or scrape against each other.
6. NOTES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Please dispose of this device via the recycling facilities or public/community collection points.
