Why do you feel it has no suction or weak suction?

The cupping device has 12 levels of suction, ranging from weak to strong. The sufficient suction should meet your needs.
If you feel that there is no suction or weak suction, please refer to the instructional video or the images below.

Preparation Before Use

Operational Guidelines

Power/Mode Key

1. Press and hold for 1.5 seconds to start the machine, and The LCD screen
   on the control panel will display the 20 minute countdown. ( It is important to only start with a few minutes as a beginner to test skin sensitivity)

2. Press and hold for 1.5 seconds to shutdown, and the LCD screen will go out.

3. In the power on state, short press to change the mode. The machine has two modes, deep negative pressure mode and soothing mode Breathing pattern.

Suction Strength Key

1. The power on defaults to the third gear strength.
2. Short press to adjust the suction strength (1-4 gear, low suction. 5-8 gear, mid suction. 9-12 gear, strong suction.)
3. Each short press will increase 1 gear upward, and the LCD will display the corresponding strength gear.
4. It is recommended to use it from gear 1 for the first time or when the skin is not adapted.

One Click Pause Release Button

During cupping, if you want to stop or remove the product briefly, press this key to pause cupping. The cupping tank adsorption function and pressure relief can easily lift the tank and enter the standby state.

Red Light Irradiation Key

Short press this button to turn on or off red light irradiation.

Operation Steps of One Main Tank

1. take out the massage instrument, inspect the equipment and wipe it clean. Select acupoints and clean the skin according to massage needs.
2. Press the power button for 1.5s to turn on the device, and select the appropriate gear through suction strength button.
3. If you need red light therapy, you can turn on the red light irradiation button.
4. After cupping, use the pause/release button to release the pressure, remove the massage instrument, and long press the power button to shutdown.
   

Operation Steps of Five Supporting Can

1. take out the massage instrument, inspect the equipment and wipe it clean. Select acupoints and clean the skin according to massage needs.
2. Screw the conversion tank into the machine, and then insert the supporting can into the conversion tank, so that the supporting can and the conversion tank are assembled together on the machine.
3. Press the power button for 1.5s to turn on the device, and select the appropriate gear through suction strength button.
4. Suck on the skin for 10s, the skin feels tight, pull the machine directly upwards, leaving the supporting can on the skin surface of the body.
5. Short press the red and blue light button on the supporting can, to turn on the zed or blue light irradiation.
6. After cupping, pull the pressure relief value on the supporting can to remove it, and long press the power button to turn it off.

Charging Instructions

1. Connect the type-C charging cable to the adapter socket, and connect the other end to the product charging interface to start charging Electricity. Adapter size 5V=2A.
2. Please keep the type-C charging port dry and clean during charging. The charging time will vary slightly due to environmental conditions, Subject To the actual time. Do not charge for more than 8 hours.
3. During charging, the indicator flashes and goes out after being fully charged.
