Getting started

  1. Insert the Micro SD card
    • Insert the Micro SD card gently on the side edge of the camera.
  2. Connection Preparation

  *  **Option 1:** Ethernet -Use the ethernet port to connect to the internet.
  *  **Option 2:** WiFi -Use the mobile app to connect the camera to the internet using your WiFi.
  *  **Note:** Make sure smart phone is connected to your wireless router.
  * Please note the camera is only working under 2.4G Wi-Fi, not support SG Wi-Fi.

  2. Please refer to the additional Software Setup Guide on how to download and install the application to set up your camera.
  3. Example: If you are using this camera with KamiCare resident safety and security solution, then you will need to download and install the KamiCare application from the App Store or Google Play Store or use www.kamicare.ai to start using this camera.

Mounting Instructions

  • Step 1 Use the provided anchors and screws to mount the wall mount base.
  • If the wall is wooden, you can screw the mount directly. ****
  • Step 2 Adjust the camera’s view angle to your preferred position.

Troubleshooting

  • Press and hold the reset button for over 5 seconds.
  • When the reset is successful, the camera will play a confirmation message and the LED will start flashing amber light.
