GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS ‘
WARNING READ ALL SAFETY WARNINGS AND ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock,
fire, and/or severe injury. Save all warnings and instructions for future
reference.
The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded)
power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
WORK AREA SAFETY
- Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
- Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks that may ignite the dust or fumes.
- Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to have accidents.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
The power tool is intended for domestic use only.
- The power tool’s plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
- Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
- If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD) protected supply that reduces the risk of electric shock.
PERSONAL SAFETY
- Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
- Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection and hand-protective tools. Protective equipment such as dust masks, non-skid safety shoes, hard hats, or hearing protection for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
- Keep hands away from the impacting area.
- If the power tool runs shorter than usual, stop using it immediately. Otherwise, it may lead to overheating, fire, and even explosion.
- Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is off-position before connecting to the power source or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool. Holding power tools with your finger on the switch or energizing power tools with the switch on invites accidents.
- Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.
- Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times, which enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
- Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
- If devices are provided for connecting dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. The use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
POWER TOOL USE AND CARE
- Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. A proper power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
- Do not use the power tool if the “trigger” does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the “trigger” is dangerous and must be repaired.
- Disconnect the plug from the power source or the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accident- tally.
- Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
- Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that may affect the power tool’s operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
- Use the power tool, accessories, tool bits, etc., follow these instructions, and consider the working conditions and the work to be performed. Using the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
- Make sure you have firm footing when operating the power tool, especially when standing on steps youth lose your body balance or lose control over the power tool.
BATTERY TOOL USE AND CARE
- Before using the battery pack, please carefully read all the instructions and warning signs on the battery charger and battery pack.
- Do not disassemble the battery pack.
- Do not burn the battery pack, even if it is seriously damaged or completely worn. The battery pack will explode in the fire.
- Be careful to strike or drop off the battery.
- Do not place the battery pack where the tempera- true is or is over 104°F(40°C).
- Put the charger in the room where the tempera- ture is between 50°F (10°C) and 71.6°F (22°C), and prevent any possible moisture from entering.
- When the red light shows on the charger, it indicates that the battery is charging, and the green light indicates that the charge is completed.
- Make sure the power is consistent with the rated values shown on the charger.
- Charge the battery pack in time before it is completely exhausted. When the equipment’s power is low, please stop using it and charge the battery pack.
- Do not recharge the battery pack that is fully charged already. Overheating will cut down its service life.
- Maintain charging temperature for the charger and battery between 32°F (0°C) and 104°F(40°C), discharging temperature for the battery pack is 32°F(0°C) and 122°F(50°C).
- Protect the battery pack against heat, e.g. against continuous intense sunlight, fire, dirt, water, and moisture. There is a risk of explosion and short-circuiting.
- Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another.
- Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs. Using other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
- When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects like paperclips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects that can connect one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
- Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts the eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
- In case of damage and improper battery use, vapors may be emitted. The battery can be set alight or explode. Ensure the area is well-ventilated, and seek medical attention if you experience any adverse effects. The vapors may irritate the respiratory system.
- If you do not use the power tool long, please charge the battery pack every three months.
SERVICE
- Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. That will ensure the safety of the power tool.
SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
- Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing an operation where the fastener may contact hidden wiring. Fasteners contacting a “live” wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live” and could give the operator an electric shock.
- Wear ear protectors when impact drilling. Noise exposure can cause hearing loss.
- Only use sockets and other accessories specifically designed for impact wrenches and drivers. Other sockets and accessories might shatter or break, causing injury.

Using the Speed and Torque
The Speed and Torque button is used to adjust the torque, rotation speed
(RPM), and impact speed (IPM) for the application (see Specifications chart
for RPM and IPM).
To select the speed control control mode:
- Pull and release the trigger to turn on the tool. The current mode indicator is lighted.
- Press the speed control control button to cycle through the three modes. When the desired mode indicator is lit, it is ready to start work. H means high-impacting mode, M means mid-impact mode, and L means low-impact mode.
Using the Forward/Reverse Switch
The Forward/Reverse switch is set to three positions: forward, reverse, and
lock. Due to a lockout mechanism, the Forward/Reverse Switch can only be
adjusted when the ON/OFF switch is not pressed. Always allow the motor to come
to a complete stop before using the Forward/Reverse switch.
- For forward (clockwise) rotation, Press the forward switch on the left side of the wrench and push the trigger. Check the direction of rotation before use.
- For reverse (counterclockwise) rotation, Press the Reverse switch on the right side of the wrench and push the trigger. Position the rotation selector to the right for reversing.
- To lock the trigger, push the Forward/Re-verse Switch to the center position. The trigger will not work and prevent accidental starting when not in use. Always remove the battery pack before performing maintenance, changing accessories, storing the tool, and any time the tool is not in use.
Using the Brake-Stop
This mode works only by pulling the trigger entirely in counterclockwise
rotation. The tool would stop the impact and rotation when the bolt/nut gets
loosened enough. Please note that the “Brake-Stop” function will protect the
nut/bolt from flying to nowhere to catch. If you want to release speed to
perform reversing, please press the “Brake-Stop” button to release speed
accordingly.
Starting, Stopping, and Controlling Speed
This tool may be operated at any speed from zero to full speed.
-
1. To start the tool, pull the trigger.
NOTE : An LED is turned on when the trigger is pulled. -
To vary the driving speed, increase or decrease pressure on the trigger. The further the trigger is pulled, the higher the speed.
-
To stop the tool, release the trigger. The longer a bolt, screw, or nut is impacted, the tighter it will be responded to. To help prevent damaging the fasteners or workpieces, avoid excessive impacting. Be careful when impacting smaller fasteners because they require less impact to reach optimum torque.
Practice with various fasteners, noting the time required to reach the desired
torque. Check the tightness with a hand-torque wrench. If the fasteners are
too tight, reduce the impacting time. If they a are not tight enough, increase
the impacting time. Oil, dirt, rust, or other matter on the threads or under
the head of the fastener affects the degree of tightness. The torque required
to loosen a fastener averages 75% to 80% of the tightening tightening t
torque, depending on the condition of the contacting surfaces.
On light gasket jobs, run each fastener down to a relatively light torque and
use a hand torque wrench for final tightening.
ASSEMBLY
WARNING Recharge only with the charger specified for the battery.
Inserting/Removing the Battery To remove the battery, push the release buttons and pull the battery pack away from the tool. To insert the battery, slide the pack into the body of the tool. Make sure it latches securely into place.
NOTE : Depending on the conditions of use and the temperature, the indication may differ slightly from the actual capacity.

high current, it automatically- lee stops without any indication. In this
situation, turn the tool off and stop the application that caused the tool to
become overloaded. Then turn the tool onto restart.
Overheat protection
When the tool is overheated, it stops automatically and the battery may get
heated. In this situation, let the tool cool before turning the tool on again.
Over-voltage protection
Do not use batteries and chargers exceeding 25V; otherwise, the over-voltage
protection will be triggered, and the impact wrench will not be able to be
used or charged.
Overheat protection in charging
When the battery continues working for over 10 minutes, It needs to be cooled
down. Wait 10 minutes before recharging the battery. The battery shall be
charged in an environment of 104°F(40°C).
Low Power Protection
When the battery capacity is not enough, the tool stops automatically. In this
case, remove the battery from the tool and charge the battery.
