Starting a Workout
Select your desired speed and incline/decline using the touch display or the Quick Speed/Incline controls. -
Comfort Features
Utilize the Autobreeze Workout Fan for cooling and enjoy music through the built-in speakers. -
Ending a Workout
Cool down gradually by reducing speed and incline. Once done, safely step off the treadmill.
