Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

  1. Q: What should I do if the scale displays [-Erro-]?
A: If the weight is zero or negative, [-Erro-] will be displayed. Return to select the number of samples.

  2. Q: What does [-SLAC-] mean?
A: If the single weight is less than 50% of the index value, [-SLAC-] will be displayed before entering the PCS mode.

  3. Q: How do I reset the tared value of a container?
A: When all weight is removed from the weighing tray, the tared value of a container will be displayed as a negative number. Press [ZERO/TARE] again to return the scale to zero.

Thank you for purchasing the H7 weighing scale. Please read all operating instructions carefully before use. This weighing sale is a precision instrument. With proper use method, it will provide years of reliable service. Never load the scale with more than the maximum capacity. Although the H7 is extremely durable with extra overload protection design, overloading will permanently damage it!Place your scale at room temperature and keep the surrounding environment clean; extreme temperatures, dust, dirt, moisture, vibration, air currents or close proximity to other electronic equipment will all cause an adverse effect on the reliability and accuracy of your scale. The scale has delicate sensors and is easy to be affected, so handle the scale with care, avoid stress or violent vibration. Though our scale has shock- resistant design, there is no way to achieve complete protection. The damage due to the above reasons is not within the scope of warranty. If you have any problems, contact with us , our after-sale service email is YONCON_Services@outlook.com , we are glad to solve any your problems at anytime.

Button Descriptions.
[CAL]: Calibration function
[SMPL/SURE]: Sample function, confirm sampling number
[MODE]: Switch units and PCS (kg/g/lb)
[ZERO/TARE]: Zeroing and tare function
[Toggle switch]: turn on or off. The switch is on the bottom right side of the scale

POWER SUPPLY

Accumulator battery:
The scale is powered by accumulator battery, and not removable. You can disassemble and replace the accumulator battery by yourself if you have professional equipment. Please remember to contact us if you have any questions.

Power Adapter:
The scale can be powered by AC/DC Adaptor. The package includes an AC/DC Adaptor, so you can use the scale with the adaptor connected to a power source, or you can charge the scale with the adaptor. We recommend using a 6v or 7v adapter, too many volts can easily have an adverse effect on the scale.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

PCS Function:
This function is mainly used to calculate the number of products of the same weight.

  1. If the sample has been taken before, press the [MODE] to switch directly to the PCS mode.
    • If you need to resample, press and hold the [SMPL/SURE] to reselect the number of samples.
    • While counting, press the [MODE] to exit.
  2. If no sample has been taken before, press the [MODE] to switch to PCS mode and the screen will display SP 10.
    • Press the [CAL] to select the value 10/20/50/100/200/500, place the object, press the [SMPL/SURE] to confirm and go to the next step.
    • When the number of samples is being selected, you can press [MODE] to exit.

Notes: If the weight is zero or negative, [-Erro-] will be displayed and then return to select the number of samples.
If the single weight is less than 50% of the index value, [-SLAC-] will be displayed before entering the PCS mode. If the sampled weight is less than 40 divisions, [-CSL-] will be displayed and then enter the PCS mode.

Tare Function:
Tare function can be used for eliminating the weight value of an empty container. Place an empty container on the scale and hold on [ZERO/TARE] for a few seconds until the screen shows “0”. Then place the items to be weighed in the container.
NOTE: When all weight is removed from the weighing tray, the tared value of a container will be displayed as a negative number. Press [ZERO/TARE] again to return the scale to zero.
