ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1-1 Take the Main Frame[1] out, Secure the Support Tube[2] on Main Frame[1]
with Fixing Screw[3], Large Washer[4] and Fixing Nut[5], then Insert With ring
plug-in[10].
1-2. Please remove the pre-installed screws & nuts, Secure the Bottom Tube[7]
on Support Tube[2], and tighten the screws[6].
Note: 4.5 and 6 are already pre installed on the 7
As shown in the figure after installation:
2-1. Attach Leg curl tube[8] to Support Tube[2], and install the outer hole
Fixing Screw[6], Large Washer[4], Screw Cap[5]; Insert the Bolt[3] to the
inner hole.
2-2. Insert the Dumbbell Fixing Tube[9] into Leg curl tube [8]. Install Screw
Cap[6], Large Washer[4], and Fixing Nut[5].
Note: 4.5 and 6 are already pre installed on the 8
As shown in the figure after installation:
3-1. Install Adjustable Bar [11] to Preacher Pad [11] and then secure it with
the Fixing Screw[13] and Fixing Washer[12].
3-2. Then insert Preacher Pad Assembly into Support Tube[2] installed in Step
2. Align the holes and tighten the Pull pin knob[14].
Note: 14 are already pre installed on the 2

4. The leg tube 18 is connected with the connecting tube numbered 19 using bolts 16 and washers 17，and tighten screws.
As shown in the figure after installation:
5-1.Install the stand pipe numbered 23 onto the leg pipe numbered 18, using
the bolt numbered 20, the washer numbered 21, and the cap nut numbered 22; Pay
attention to the installation direction of No. 23;
Note: 20 and 21.22 are already pre installed on the 8
5-2.Install the connecting pipe No. 24 onto the riser 23 using the bolt No. 16
and the washer No. 17;
As shown in the figure after installation:
6 . Insert the Adjustable Barbell Components (27) in the mount on the Rear
Frame assembly（23）, as shown in figure（25）
Note: 25 are already pre installed on the 23

7. Install the main rack installed in the front section to the rear rack
section, connect it with bolts 6, washers 4, and nuts 5, and then tighten it
with a wrench；
Note: 4 5and 6 are already pre installed on the 23
7-2.Install the rubber wool 27 into the front circular tube
8. Final Inspection
Please inspect your exercise equipment to ensure that all fasteners are tight
and components are properly assembled. Review all warnings affixed to machine.
