SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

! WARNING

  • Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Some items may be packed in polybags;these bags could cause suffocation;keep away from children and pets.
  • To reduce the risk of injury, please keep close supervision when an appliance is used near children.
  • Do NOT immerse the base part in water at anytime as it may damage electronic components like the control panel.
  • Do NOT use outdoors. Check operation frequently to be sure the unit is dispensing properly.
  • Do NOT use wet, canned or moist food.
  • Only use attachments recommended or sold by themanufacturer. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause an unsafe condition. Do not modify the pet feeder.
  • Always unplug when not in use and before cleaning.
  • Examine the feeder after installation. Do not plug in if there is water on the power cord or plug.
  • To avoid tripping, always position power cord out of the way of foot traffic.

CAUTION

  • Do NOT allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts. Ifyou are concerned about the power cord, purchase a cord conduit (a hard plastic protector) at any hardware store to protect the power cord.
  • Do NOT install or store the pet feeder where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures below 4°C / 39°F.
  • Use alkaline D batteries to power.
  • Check the batteries regularly. Before Leaving for extended time, always replace batteries with new ones.
  • Suitable for dry food ONLY, with kibble size ranging from 2-15mm / 0.07-0.6in in diameter. Larger kibble may get stuck at the food outlet.
  • Read and observe all important notices listed on the pet feeder and in the packaging.

BUTTONS AND DISPLAY OVERVIEW

Meal Button:
Long Press and hold the button for 3s to turn on/off the feeder.
Press for choosing the meal number (1-6 meals).
Portion Button:
Program the meals portion size (0-24 portions).
Manual Feeding Button:
Dispense one portion food in each bowl by pressing this button.
Button Display OverviewHour Button:
Program the hour time.
Minute Button:
Program the minute time.
Time Button:
Press this button to enter the time setting and save time when you finish the time setting.
Recording Button:
Record the voice, play the voice or delete the voice recording function.

HOW TO USE

Warning:  Please use the original 5V power supply.

ASSEMBLY AND PREPARE FOR SETTING

  1. Press the lid release button to take out the Accessories from the food tank.

  2. Put the desiccant into the box under the Lid.

    Notes:

    • To prevent mold growth, it is recommended to change the desiccant every 15 days.
    • Remove the desiccant bag before cleaning the lid.
  3. Install the holder bowl. Attach the bowl to the designated notches underneath the feeder base.

    Note: Before moving the feeder, press the holder bowl down to remove it from the feeder base. If there is grain in the food bowl, handle it gently to avoid spilling. Hold the base instead of any other parts when lifting the feeder.

  4. Add dry pet food to the food tank.

    Notes:

    • Do NOT use canned, wet or moist pet food.
    • Recommend kibble size ranging from 2-15mm / 0.07-0.6in in diameter.
  5. Put the lid back on.

    Press down to make sure it snaps into place.

  6. Connect power
    The feeder supports dual power modes.

    • Plug the power cable into the power jack under the feeder and the 5V power adapter into a power socket.
    • Open the battery cover at the bottom of the unit, and install three D alkaline batteries (not included) in case of power outage.
    • The LCD will light up automatically indicating the feeder is on now.
      Notes:
    1. Batteries are NOT included.
    2. Before connecting power, make sure all parts are clean and dry.
    3. The battery should power with an output of 5V; the battery level icon on the display flashs on a Low battery level.

PROGRAM SETTING

  1. Set the Current Time

  2. Press and hold the Time setting button for 3s, The hour and minute digit flash.

  3. Press Hour button to adjust hour, press one time the hour add 1, press Minute button to adjust the minute, press one time the minute add 1. Long press to adjust quickly.

  4. Press and hold Time setting button for 3s to save the current time and exit the time setting.
    Note: You can change the 12/24 hour format by pressing the Hour button and Minute button together for 3s. When the 12H format is selected, the AM/PM icon will appear on the screen.

  5. Set the Feeding Time & Portions of Meals

  6. Set the first meal feeding time After the current time setting. Press the Meal button to enter feeding plan setting, the meal 1, time and feeding portions volume flash, press Hour button  Minute button to adjust the first meal feeding time.

  7. Set the portions of the first meal Press Portion button to adjust the meal 1 portions. Press one time the portion add 1.
    Note: Up to 24 Portions for each meal.

  8. After you finish the meal 1 setting, you can press theMeal button to select meal 2. Repeat the steps above to set the other meals if you need. The feeder supports up to 6 meals per day. The portion number set 0 of which meal means it will not dispense at this meal.

*Reference for portion setting:

  • 1 Portion=15ml=0.06cup=6g (The weight may change with the different kibbles)

Clear all settings

  • Press and hold both the Manual feeding button and Time button for 3s to factory reset.

Recording setup

  • Press and keep holding the Recording button ,the recording indicator light up then you can record for Max 10s sound. If you stop pressing the button when recording, the system will recognize you finish the recording. After finishing the recording, you can press Recording button one time to play your recording.

  • If you want to delete the recording, you can press Recording button two times quickly, the recording indicator light flash 3 times, then the recording message delete.

Manually feed your pet

  • Press and hold the Manual feeding button for 3s, the feeder dispenses one portion food in each bowl.

Low battery reminder

  • When the batteries are low, the on the LCD screen will turn on. After new batteries are installed, the on the LCD screen will be turned off.

CLEAN AND CARE

  • It’s recommended to clean the feeder regularly for the health of your pet.
  • The washable parts are as follows:lid, food tank, bowl, bowl holder

Clean the lid, food tank, food tray

  1. Disconnect power and take out the batteries before cleaning.

  2. Remove the lid and take out the desiccant in the box under the Lid.

  3. To remove the holder bowl, press down the bowl with holder.

  4. To remove the food tank, use your thumbs to press the buckles on both sides while pushing upwards at the same time.

  5. Rinse and air dry the lid, food tank, food tray thoroughly before refitting them to the machine.

  6. When install the food tank , please check direction arrows on the bottom rubber rotor, must keep the arrows on the both side is aligned.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems Solutions
How to delete thevoice recording. press  two times quickly until the

recording indicator light blinking 3 times, then the recording message delete.
No display on thescreen.|

  1. Check whether the power adapter is connected to the socket. If properly connected but the problem still exists, you can install three batteries to see if the problem is solved.
  2. If your feeder is only powered by batteries, make sure the batteries have enough power;
  3. If the above solutions don’t work, please contact our support team via email.

Kibbles don’t comeout.|

  1. Suitable kibble size: 2-15mm /0.07-0.6in), bigger kibbles could get stuck and jam the feeder.
  2. Do not add moist or wet food.
  3. Empty and remove the food tank, check the chute and food outlet, and remove blockages.

Why no ant proof?| The soft rubber rotor and rubber strip must plug the gaps of the outlet to keep air, water, and ants from entering the tank.
