Frequently Asked Questions
1. Q: After assembly, the doors are not lined up or has gaps between boards. How coud I solve it?
A: For the misalignment, please have a try on the following procedure: 1. Please loose the B screws on Left and Right Boards and, 2. mannually lift the D Bottom Board to line up the door and, 3. re-assemble the B screws
2. Q: My bread go stale! How shall I do?
A: We recommend you add small bag or protective flim on the bread before storing them into our bread box. Keeping bread fresh requires a careful balance between airflow and humidity. You need to hold the moisture to prevent staleness, but if you stop ALL airflow, mold will grow much faster. Bread boxes are supposed to be a little less than air tight.
3. Q: I'm missing the hardware/knobs/screws or my product is defective broken board, etc.. How could I reconcile this situation?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience. For any missing parts, damages or warranty, please go to your order detail page to find your order information. There will be a place for you to initiate the contact to us. We are here and willing to help! Remember to check your spam mails so that you won't miss our message.
