INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PREPARATION

We strongly recommend that this product be installed by a licensed and insured professional contractor, including the assistance of a second person during installation.

After opening all boxes and packages, please read this introduction carefully. Check that all required parts are included in the package by marking all components on the Shower Door Components Detail Sheet. Inspect boxes and packages for shipping damage. If the unit has been damaged, has a finishing defect or has missing parts, please contact our customer support department within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please note that DELAVIN will not replace any damaged products or missing parts free of charge after 3 business days or if the product has been installed. Feel free to contact DELAVIN if you have any questions.
Attention: Please double check the glass corners and four edges of the two glass doors to ensure that all glass is in perfect condition and without any breakage. Do not attempt to install a shower door if the glass corners are broken. -
Please note that if you are in doubt about installation compliance standards, please consult your local building codes. Building and plumbing codes may vary by location and DELAVIN is not responsible for your project’s code compliance standards and does not accept any returns.

Before installation, make sure the installation surface is leveled and solid, and can support the total weight of the unit. Also, make sure the walls are at right angles. Irregular mounting surface levels or improper angle of side walls will cause serious problems during installation. Note that some adjustments and drilling may be required during installation.

Protect all major surfaces of the product during installation. Never place glasses directly on tile floors. Leave the corner protector in place until it needs to be removed. Always use a piece of wood or cardboard to protect the bottom edges and corners of the glass before and during installation.

The length of black Telescopic Support Rod(3) is adjustable.
Adjust the support rod to the desired length. According to the length of supporting bar, determine and mark the location of the shower screen to be installed. -
Attach Two Wall Profile (4) to the wall, then Fix the Wall Profile (4) in the marked position with four wall anchors (14) and four Screw M4X30 (9).
Check its position, the wall profile must be installed strictly vertically. -
Use the 3 pieces Screw Stem M4X30 (13) to screw the Glass profiles (left and right) (5) / Glass profile (internal vertical) (7), combine the upper and lower two separate parts into one.

Use 2 piece Glass profile (internal horizontal) (8) to connect the glass Stationary Glass (1) and stationary Glass (1), Stationary Glass (1) and Stationary Glass (16).Then use Glass profile (internal vertical) (7) to put 2 parts together as shown in the picture.
Note: According to the front and back of the sign, determine whether Stationary Glass(With logo) (16) is installed in the lower left or lower right corner. The correct logo should be seen from the outside of the shower in the lower right corner. -
After installing the Glass profile (5) and (6) on the glass as shown above, use Screw M4X20 (10) to fix Glass profiles (upper and lower)(6)&Glass profile (internal vertical)(7), Glass profiles (left and right)(5)&Glass profiles (upper and lower)(6) at the marked position shown in picture. (Shower screen horizontal view).

Ask someone to lift the glass, insert the glass into the Wall Profile (4) mounted on the wall. Fix Glass profiles (left and right) (5) and Wall Profile (4) with Screw M4x10 (11).

Select the appropriate position and fix the Telescopic Support Rod (3) on the glass like the picture shown.

After marking the position of the Telescopic support Rod (3) on the Wall, fix the Telescopic Rod Bracket (2) on the wall with the Wall Anchor(14) and Screw M5X35 (12). Then slip the Telescopic support Rod (3) into the Telescopic Rod Bracket (2).

Finally,check and fasten all the screws.
