Product Usage Instructions

Power On/Off:

1. Earbuds will automatically power on and connect when you open the charging case.
2. Earbuds will automatically power off and disconnect when you close the charging case.
3. If earbuds do not power on when the case is open, charge the charging case.

Bluetooth Pairing:

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
2. Open the charging case to enable pairing mode.
3. Select ‘CT12’ on your device to connect.
4. Earbuds will turn off if not connected within 5 minutes.

Reset Earbuds:

1. Open the charging case and check the earbuds.
2. Keep earbuds in the case and long press the reset button for about 10 seconds.
3. When lights flash red and white alternately, reset is successful.

Power on /off

1. Earbuds will auto-power on and connect when you open the charging case.
2. Earbuds will auto-power off and disconnect when you close the charging case.
3. If the charging case is open but the earbuds don’t power on, please charge the charging case.

Bluetooth Pairing

• Setp 1: Please turn on the Bluetooth function on your cellphone/laptop.
• Step 2: Open the charging case, the redand white lights flash on earbud.
• Step 3: Select “CT12” on your phone/laptop and connect the device, the white lights on 2 second and off when you connect successfully. (The earbuds will automatically turn off if not connected the device within 5 minutes.)

Reset Earbuds

lf only one earbud connects to phone/earbuds can not pair together. Please try the reset steps:

• Step 1: Open the charging case and check the charging cases.
• Step 2: Keep the earbuds in the charging case and long press the reset button about 10S.
• Step 3: When the earbuds alternately flash red and white lights. It means the reset is successful

Product Wear

• Step 1: Take out the earbuds from the charging case.
• Step 2: Put the earbuds on your ears.
• Step 3: Adjust by twisting the earbuds for comfort and security.

MFB Button Control

• Answer a call
  Click either earbuds button once

• End a call
  Click either earbuds button once

• Reject call
  Long press either earbuds button for 2 seconds

• Voice Assistant
  Triple-click either earbuds button to call the voice assistant

• Volume Up
  Long press the right earbud button

• Volume Down
  Long press the left earbud button

• Play/Pause
  Click either earbuds button once

• Previous Song
  Double click left earbud button

• Next Song
  Double-click the right earbud button

Product Charging

1. Put the earbuds back charging case to charging earbuds.
2. Plug in the USB type-C to charge the charging case, and the white light of the charging case will flash.
3. When your earbuds and charging case are full power, the charging case’s light will be off.
