PSIER NC1 Active Noise Cancelling Bluetooth 5.3 Earbuds

Welcome

Welcome to use our wireless electronic product. To ensure you have a better use experience, please read the user manual carefully before using the product. To avoid unnecessary troubles, please do not disassemble the product without our permission and please use a standard 5V/1A charger.

Diagram of the product

1. Choose the eartips that fits you.
   

2. Make sure that the eartips face down and put the earbuds in the your ears at the angle shown on the right.

3. Wrong demonstration
   Wear a wrong earbud in the ear as shown in the right figure.

4. After putting on the earbuds, gently adjust them to a comfortable position. Now the the earbuds are put on correctly.

First time using

1. Take out the two earbuds from the charging case and remove the insulating film;\

2. Put the two earbuds back into the charging case, close the cover and the earbuds will enter the charging status.
   

3. 0pen the charging case cover, the earbuds will automatically turn on and interconnect, then enter into awaiting pairing mode. (The indicator flashes red and white lights alternately).
   Note: If the earbuds won’t turn on or no sound, please put the earbuds back into the charging case again and close the case cover. Ensure in the charging status, then open t he charging case cover and use them.
   (The indicator flashes red and white lights alternately).
   

4. The earbuds will be paired automatically. After successful pairing, the indicator of the subsidiary earbud will be off, and the indicator of the primary earbud will flash red and white lights alternately.
   

5. 0pen the cover of the charging case and turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone and search. After finding the name of “NC1”, click it to connect.
   

Note:

1. lf the earbuds pairing fails: after power on, click the left/right panel of the earbud 3 times to enter the TWS pairing status, and the indicator will flash white  light rapidly. After successful pairing with the phone, the indicator will flash red and white lights alternately.
2. If you want to switch to another device, you should turn off the Bluetooth function of the original device or delete the “NC1” pairing name. The new device will be able to search and connect.

Touch panel control

1. After opening the top cover of the charging case, the earbuds will be powered on automatically.

2. Press and hold the MFB touch panel for 5 seconds to power on.

3. Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the cover, the earbuds will be powered off OFF automatically.

4. Press and hold the MFB panel on one side for 8 seconds to power off when the earbuds are not connected to the phone.

5. The earbuds will be powered off automatically if it is not connected for more than 10 minutes.

TWS status
When you are not in the communication status, short press 3 times the MFB touch panel the right earbud to switch to the following modes, and it is in ANC mode by default while powering on.

Charging steps of earbuds

Put the earbuds into the charging case, and the cover should be closed for charging. When the cover is closed, the earbuds will automatically power off and disconnect).
Charging for the charging case. Please use a charger with an output voltage of DCSV/1A to charge the charging  case, you also can charge it by using a computer USB or other USB port charger (It must be a regular manufacturer- certified charger).

Note: In the situation of the charging case running out of power and putting the earbuds into the charging case, the earbuds won’t be powered off and stay connected to the mobile phone. Therefore, please charge the charging case in time.

Voice Assistant

After t he iPhone or Android phones connect to the earbuds, touch the earbuds panel for 3 times to activate the voice assistant that comes with your mobile phone.

The voice assistant will be automatically activated depending on to different OS of mobile system.

Restore to default setting

1. Touch the left or right earbud for 5 times, and hold on for 3 sec. on the fifth touch before release. The earbuds will report the prompting tone of “Pairing”. At this time, the earbuds are restored to the default setting and can be connected to other device.
   

2. Delete the previous pairing record on the Mobile Phone’s Bluetooth and t hen re-search [NC1] again.

Parameters

If there’s any noise, broken voice, or that the sound is too small, take out the eartips, wipe and clean it with a cotton stick.

In case the earbuds is not properly charged, wipe the charging pile clean with a cotton stick and charge again.

Important notes

Please ensure that the product is thoroughly dry before use. If there’s any moisture, wipe it off with dry cloth before putting it back to the charging case so as to prevent water damage to the product.

1. Do not use corrosive liquid to clean this product.
2. If it comes into contact with chemicals, please rub it with wet towel.
3. Do not use this product under extreme circumstances for temperatures below -1o°c or above 60°C.
4. To avoid explosion, please do not throw this product into fire.
5. To avoid scratches, please do not touch the earbuds with sharp objects.
6. Do not insert objects into the earbuds, otherwise, it would cause damage to the internal components.
7. Do not disassemble the earbud.
8. Please keep regular charge to earbuds, don’t leave them to become empty battery status to keep their lifetime.
9. Please do not charge products with a power adapter over 2A current. Excessive current may cause damage to the battery.

Warn of battery!
A lithium battery is built inside the product.
Please do not expose t he product to intense sunshine, bake it with fire or throw it into the fire so as to prevent it from exploding.
