It has an antenna built in for receiving AM. It might need to be moved slightly for a strong signal. Has a short wire lead for receiving FM as well. No external antenna hookups.

Once all seven days are lit up, hold down the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button while simultaneously pressing and releasing the Week Mode button. They will have various colours.
