UV resin instructions
UV resin can be used for: colorless transparent dripping glue, crystal crafts,
dried flowers, heat-shrink films, filigree coatings, and more.
Performance characteristics include: low shrinkage, fast surface drying, high
transparency, high strength, low odor, yellowing resistance, rapid curing and
other advantages.
Product features:
Base material: modified acrylate
Curing Time: 240s ± 20s (Curing time is dependent on the transparency of the
UV resin and the intensity of the UV lamp).
Note: The better the transmittance of the UV resin and the stronger the UV
lamp, the faster the curing time.
Tensile strength: ≧20mpa
Hardness after curing: 83±3D
Viscosity: 1500±300mpa∙s

Operating Instructions:
- Please operate indoors and avoid direct sunlight!
- Pour the product into the mold and leave for a moment to eliminate air bubbles.
- Once de-bubbling is complete, you can use a UV lamp for irradiation. Shine on both sides for two minutes each.
Note: When the mold thickness exceeds 2-3mm, it is recommended to use a UV lamp with curvature for side lighting. Higher power is preferred to shorten the time and make the product surface smoother.

- High performance, good stability, no self-solidification phenomenon, and good yellowing resistance of the finished product (comparison of curing at the same speed).
- Easy to operate and clean.
- It can be applied beautifully without leaving traces, and is suitable for translucent materials.
- Wide range of bonding uses: various materials (eg: glass decoration, glass coffee table, glass crystal, crystal crafts, crystal chandelier, crystal trophy, crystal characters, etc.).
Caution:
- When storing, keep it sealed in a cool, dry place, and out of reach of children.
- Before use, conduct a small test to master the techniques and methods to avoid errors.
- The bonding surface must be kept clean, dry, and free from water, dirt, oil stains, rust, etc.
- UV resin may have a slight odor before curing. It is recommended to wear a mask during operation and ensure proper ventilation. The odor will dissipate in a ventilated environment after curing.
