Installation
Desktop Installation
To install the device on the desktop, follow the steps below:
For models without attachable rubber feet, skip steps 3 and 4.
- If there are detachable antennas, install the antennas first.
- Set the device on a flat surface to support the entire weight of the device with all fittings.
- Remove the adhesive backing papers from the rubber feet.
- Turnover the device and attach the supplied rubber feet to the recessed areas on the bottom at each corner of the device.
Rack Installation (Only for Certain Models)
I f yo u r d e v i c e i s p rov i d e d w i t h r a c k- m o u n t a b l e
brackets, you can install the device in a rack. Follow the instructions
described below:

Check the grounding and stability of the rack.

Secure the supplied rack-mounting brackets to each side of the device with supplied screws

After the brackets are attached to the device, use suitable screws (not provided) to secure the brackets to the rack.
Typical Network Topology

For Hardware Controller
A DHCP server (typically a router) with DHCP function enabled is required to assign IP addresses to the EAPs and the Hardware Controller in your local network.
Power On -
Via Power Cord/Power Adapter Connect your device to the power source via the power cord/power adapter.

Via Standard PoE Device (If Supported)
Connect an Ethernet cable from the ETH1 (PoE IN) port of your device to a standard 802.3af, 802.3at or 802.3bt PoE device, such as a TP-Link PoE switch -
Via USB Power Source (If Supported)
Connect a USB cable (not provided) from the micro USB port of your device to the USB power source.
