Instruction for Air pumps

Thanks for purchasing our aquarium air pump. This air pump is manufactured from the highest quality materials and uses the latest technology. We trust that you will be pleased with it’s reliability and safety; but this product has been transported halfway around the world to reach you. On its journey it has travelled on ships and trucks, and been in and out of many warehouses. There is therefore a remote possibility that it could have been damaged, or inexplicably broken in transit. The probability of this happening is extremely small but impossible to completely avoid, if you are not happy with the product, or if you have any questions about the product’s operation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution.

We suggest that you write to both of the above emails at the same time to ensure that you get a quick response. We will normally reply in between 1 and 8 hours; which is very fast considering the time lag.

Please follow these instructions when installing and using the air pump: Assembly and safety advice:

• Every air pump may eventually “wander” due to its own vibration. Avoid this by placing it on a rough, entirely flat plane. Pull all mains plugs before you touch the aquarium water!

• Do not place within the reach of children!

• Suitable only for operation outside the water!

• Suitable only for pumping air. The air pump must only be used in closed, dry rooms.

• Protect against frost!

• Too high air humidity may cause corrosion of metal parts. Avoid direct sun irradiation and other heat sources. Do not touch pump or plug with wet hands, and avoid splash water!

• Ensure that the electrical plug of the switched-on unit is freely accessible at all times.
  Attention! By all means pull mains plug before opening the air pump!

• The air pump must be used only for the stated purpose.

• If aquarium water has flown back into/up to the air pump, immediately pull the mains plug and contact with us. Damages of electric or electronic motor parts, the cord or plug and the casing must only be repaired by the manufacturer  orby authorized repair workshops. The air pump must be immediately disconnected from the mains supply and must not be operated any more before the damage is entirely repaired.

• Never leave the air pumps switched on for a longer period without sufficient counter pressure (on one or several outlets) or at temperatures below 5°C (41 °F). Otherwise the rubber parts may be subject to wear and tear within shortest time, especially in  caseof high pump performance.

Warning

1. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
2. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (Including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
3. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

How to use the accessories?

• T-Connector

1 Air hose, #2 Air stone, they are necessary, it can work without other

accessories, just connect them. with air pump.

3 Return valve (also called air check valve), it is a single direction

device, allows the air go through it from one side only, so it can prevent the water go back into the air pump, you need to set it up according to the direction mark, otherwise the air cannot go out. If the location your air pump setting is lower than the water surface, you need to use them. (Please refer to D2)

4 Suctions cups, it is for fixing the air hose closer on the glass of the

fish tank, it is unnecessary, you can use them or not. (Please refer to D3)

5 Extra air adjustment–for someone who need very few air, they can connect

them to get a very small air volume, if the air volume is suitable for you, you don’t need to use them. But if you want to use them, you also need to cut off the air hose to set them up.

6 T connector-For someone who want to change two outlets to single outlet,

they can use the air hose to connect it to make a single outlet. If you want to use it, you need to cut off the air hose or add an additional air hose to set it up.

Please refer to D4 for basic installation; You don’t need to install all the accessories, just choose the accessories to install according to your needs.

1. Connect one end of tube to the outlet on the air pump

2. Cut tube and install a check valve, pay attention to the direction
   

3. Cut tube again to install the air adjustment valve, if you need smaller air flow

4. Connect air stone or other air accessory and place in aquarium D4
