Our Glowing Hearts and a note from our founder…
Thank you for purchasing this glowing heart. We started building glowing
hearts in the summer of 2020 during the pandemic with the hope that people
like you would want to place a heart in your window for all to see. Since
those days much has changed in the world and we find ourselves living in a
post-pandemic world with a new man-made created evil, war. We’ve designed the
heart to mark the tragic 1-year anniversary since Russia invaded Ukraine and
we dedicate this heart to all Ukrainians. They are unique art pieces and the
small base has been designed to allow your heart to be placed on your window
sill facing out towards your neighbours for the world to see, or anywhere you
should desire. We hope you love your heart as much as we do.

Your Neon Heart can remain on continuously without risk of overheating or
colour degradation.| Regularly check the cord, the power supply and all other
parts for damage. If any part is damaged the product should not be used.
Important information! Keep these instructions for future use. Warning: the
light source of the product is made up of LEDs that are not replaceable. Never
disassemble the product as the LEDs can cause eye injuries.| To reduce the
risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons: Use only insulated staples
or plastic ties to secure cords

Installation Instructions
Option 1: base standing as an inverted “U” with the heart on top of the small area. This option will raise the heart almost 1.5”.
Option 2: base standing as a “C” with the heart on top of the larger area. This option will raise the heart about 1”. Once you decide on the orientation of the baseplate you would like to use, please utilize the supplied screw to attach the heart to the baseplate. Please do not to over tighten the screw as it may loosen the threaded insert in the wood.

Maintenance
Disconnect the power cord from the wall. Remove accumulated dust on external surfaces using a dry cloth. Do not use water or any chemicals. The wood is untreated and may become discoloured if handled with unclean hands or materials.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure that the AC outlet is operational and the power adaptor blades are fully inserted into the wall outlet
- For indoor use only
- Ensure that the power adaptor output connector is fully inserted into the dimmer input connector.
- If you are using the optional DC power extension cord, repeat above procedures for the cord
