Thank you very much for purchasing an ACACIA product. To use this product safely and correctly, please read these instructions carefully. After reading these instructions, keep this manual in a safe place for future reference. Although this product is expected to be complete and safe, please check that all assembly parts are included before attempting to assemble the product. Practice assembling and handling the product in a safe location before using it in the field. If you find anything in the instruction manual that is difficult to understand, or if you find a defect with the product, stop using it immediately and contact the dealers where you purchased the product, or ACACIA Customer Service.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before use: please read thoroughly to ensure safety and to avoid accidents.
DANGER Misuse could result in a serious accident or death.
- The tent material is not flame-proof. Therefore, do not use combustion-based heat sources inside the tent, such as lanterns, stoves, or heaters, or open flames, such as matches, candles, lighters, or cigarettes. Using such heat or light sources inside a small enclosed space is dangerous and may result in fire, oxygen deficiency, or carbon monoxide poisoning.
- Do not keep fuel or flammable items for replenishing the fuel inside the tent.
WARNING Misuse could result in serious injury to the user.
- Pay close attention to the weather. If extreme weather is in the forecast, pack up camp and evacuate to a safe place.
- Do not bring heated items into the tent when they are at high temperatures. Inside the tent, very high temperatures may cause heatstroke. Pay close attention to the temperature, particularly when children are asleep inside the tent.
- Choose a flat, well-drained area with firm ground to pitch the tent. Choose an area where there is no chance of avalanches, landslides, wind gusts, or sudden flooding.
CAUTION Misuse could result in injury to the user and/or damage to property.
- This product is not intended to be in permanent use.
- Sunlight can cause the surface of the fly to heat up, potentially causing low-temperature burns.
- Do not assemble or use the tent near to a bonfire, fireworks, etc. Flying sparks can create holes in the tent fabric.
- Firmly hold the tent pole when assembling and disassembling the tent. Unexpected accidents may occur due to the pole ends recoiling, etc. so ensure that the surroundings are safe, with no other people in the vicinity.
- Firmly secure the pegs, guy lines, etc.
- If the tent is left in the sun for long periods, the materials may fade in color. Or the fabric may deteriorate and lose strength. Therefore, do not leave the tent set up permanently.

SET UP PROCEDURE

Spread the inner tent on a flat area and remove tie strap from around the tent.

Do this to all SIDE WALLS first. Find the webbing loop handle located on the exterior of each hub, centered on each wall. Proceed to pull outward until the wall pops open. When pulling the hub, you can use your feet to hold the bottom of each side to make it easier to pull.

unzip either side of the wind panel, to locate the webbing at the center of the wall underneath.

NOTE: For added assistance, grasp the top seam of the panel and place your foot on the bottom edge when popping open a side wall panel to help hold the tent in place.
NOTE: At this time, the rain fly can be attached. See ATTACHING THE RAIN FLY for further instruction. -
NOTE: The tent is usable with or without the rain fly installed but will not protect from the rain/elements without.

Once all walls are popped open, locate the zipper door, unzip both the outer door and mesh door, and enter the tent. Once inside, find the hub for the roof. Proceed to push up on the hub or the roof poles until it pops over the center.

* **NOTE** : This step should be done with caution as there is tension on the roof hub and pole assemblies.
* **OPTIONAL** : To attach the overhead gear lofts, insert toggles into the “O” rings on the inside of the roof.
- Locate the two (longer) corded poles in the duffle bag. Go back inside. The tent and locate the small pockets with orange color on the top and bottom of the seams alongside the door. Position each pole vertically, inserting each end in the top and bottom pockets, then put the upper and lower joints together and push gently to assemble the pole. Finally secure with the hook/loop strap in the center of the vertical seam.

- Locate the ground stakes and guy lines in the storage bag, then fasten the stakes through each “O” ring. Hammer stakes through each “O” ring completely.
- Tie the guy line to each eye bolt, centered on each hub. Then loop the other end to a ground stake. Use the slider on the guy line to achieve proper tension.
Attaching The Rain Fly
RAIN FLY CAN BE INSTALLED AFTER THE TENT IS PROPERLY INSTALLED
- Unfasten the three fastening buckles on the rain cape and lower it, and there are hooks on the four corners under the rain cape that can be fixed to the corresponding rings of the tent to prevent being blown up by the wind.
Fix the 2 gold positioning buckles corresponding to the door with “O” ring on
the top of the tent.
NOTE: The hole in the middle of the rain cape should pass through the hub on each face for mounting the wind rope and better fixation.
- Find the 2 short poles for rain fly securement, insert one end into the cloth cover on the top of the tent, and then pull the two sides of the rain fly cover corresponding to the other end, and insert the rain fly fabric cover into the other end. All 2 poles need to be fixed.
Fix both ends of the rain fly with 3 guy lines (preassembled on the rain fly) to the ground with 3 ground stakes.
**Short Rain Fly Pole x2
Insert one end into the cloth cover on the top of the tent.
Pull the two sides of the rain fly cover corresponding to the other end, and
insert the rain fly fabric cover into the other end.
The Use Rain Fly**
ALL FOUR SIDES EXCEPT THE DOOR ARE
DESIGNED WITH ADDITIONAL RAIN CAPES, WHICH CAN BE PULLED DOWN TO WATERPROOF
WHEN IT RAINS.

After the rain stops, you can put away the rain cape, pay attention to roll inward when putting it away, you can prevent rainwater from remaining, and fix the three fixing buckles after rolling to the top.
Removal Of Footprint
THE FOOTPRINT CAN BE REMOVED SEPARATELY FOR EASY CLEANING AND STORAGE
- The whole circle of the footprint is fixed with the Velcro, which can be removed at any place and separated along the whole circle.

- If you need to reinstall, you can use the small red mark in the middle of the door to position, and then re-fix the fixing buckle and attach the Velcro.
Removal Of Rain Fly

Remove the ground nails and wind ropes on both sides.

Special Note: remove the short pole on all doors, if you do not remove the short pole before collecting the tent, It is likely to cause damage or tearing of the fabric.

Unfasten the fastener above all tent corners.

Remove the rain fly from the top of the tent.
-
Fold the rain fly and place it in the storage bag.
-
Remove all ground nails and wind ropes.
-
Remove the rain fly if it’s still attached.
-
Special Note: Enter the tent and remove all the poles on both sides of the door. If you do not remove them first, it may cause the fabric to be broken or torn or a pole to break.

Pull the top hub down
Close the door and zip it up
Unfix the buckles on the footprint

Close all windows inside the tent and zip them up. 8) Unfix the buckles on the footprint.

Pull the top hub down and retract the top surface and make sure footprint is attached to the tent.

Get out of the tent, close the door and zip it up.
-
Push the 4 side hubs inward and collapse the 4 sides.
-
Before folding, you must unfix the buckles on the footprint to keep it away from being broken.

Once all the hubs are collapsed, gather all corners of the tent and fold them together into a tight cone shape. Do not force the tent when folding, and watch for entanglement of poles.
NOTE : It helps to partially separate a small section of the hook/loop connection beforehand. -
Take the provided strap and wrap it around the folded tent and secure it for easier insertion into the carry bag. Place the folded tent back into the carry bag with the hubs inserted into the closed end of the bag.
