Frequently Asked Question

Press the “On-Off” button and wait until it stops flashing.

  • Check the correct positioning of the tank on the product.
  • Press and hold the steam button for a few seconds to prime the pump.
  • Check that your product is properly connected to a power socket and that the switch is on.
  • If the steam output is still insufficient, descale the steamer to remove mineral buildup.
  • Make sure the steamer has reached the required temperature for steam generation.
  • No Steam or Insufficient Steam Output:
  • Check if the water tank is adequately filled.

Water Leakage:

  • Ensure the water tank is properly sealed and locked into place.
  • Verify that the water tank is not overfilled. If the issue persists, inspect the tank for any cracks or damage, and replace any damaged parts.

Spitting or Sputtering Steam:

  • Spitting can occur if the steamer is held too horizontally.
    Hold the steamer at a slightly upward angle to avoid this issue.

  • Check for any obstructions in the steam pathway.

  • Never used descaling chemicals or add the additives to the water tank.

Mineral Buildup and Clogs:

  • Regularly descale the steamer to remove mineral deposits that can clog the steam pathways.
  • Use a mixture of distilled white vinegar and water for descaling.

Inadequate Wrinkle Removal:

  • Ensure that the steamer is held at an appropriate distance from the fabric.
  • Slowly and continuously move the steamer over the fabric for effective wrinkle removal.

Streaks or Water Spots on Fabric:

  • Streaks can occur if the steamer is used on excessively wet or overfilled fabric.
    To prevent this, allow wet spots to dry naturally or use a dry cloth to blot any excess moisture.

Inconsistent Steam Flow:

  • Check for obstructions in the steam nozzle and pathways.
  • Clean or clear any blockages to ensure consistent steam flow.

Steamer Not Heating Up:

  • Check that your product is properly connected to a power socket and that the switch is on.
  • Verify that the power switch or button is set to the “on” position.

Steamer Overheating:

  • If the steamer becomes excessively hot, it may have overheated. Allow it to cool down before resuming use. Be sure the steam nozzle is not blocked, as this can cause overheating.

Unusual Sounds or Odors:

  • Unusual sounds or odors can be indicative of a malfunction or overheating.
    Discontinue use immediately and contact customer support for guidance.

The steam output decreases:

  • Your appliance has limescale, consult the “Descaling” section in the instructions.

The Steam Stains Clothing:

  • You have used descaling chemicals or additives in the water.
  • Never add such products to the water tank, contain organic waste or minerals that condense under the influence of heat and cause spitting, brown dripping or premature aging of your appliance.
