INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
SPECIFICATIONS
- Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before using the earbuds for the first time.
- Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the DC SV charging slot on the charging case; connect the other end of the USB to a wall adapter or an available USB port on a compatible device.
- The LED indicator light on the charging case will flash red slowly to indicate that charging has begun
Note: Once fully charged, the red LED will stay on.
CHARGING THE EARBUDS
- Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before using the earbuds for the first time.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and the earbuds will charge automatically. A blue LED light on the earbuds will turn on when charging has begun. The blue LED indicator light will turn off when the charging is complete
Note: Charge time is approximately one (1) hour. The earbuds cannot be used while charging. The earbuds will turn off when inserted into the charging case, even if they were powered on before charging.
SWITCHING THE EARBUDS ON and OFF
- The earbuds switch on automatically when removed from the charging case.
- To switch on the device manually, press and hold the Touch Control for about 3 seconds until the blue LED Indicator lights on the earbuds turn on and start flashing.
- To switch off the earbuds, press and hold the Touch Control Button for about 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights turn off, you will then hear a voice prompt stating that the earbuds have been powered off
Note: When the earphones are switched on manually, they would need to be switched on individually. If the earbuds have been disconnected for over 5 minutes, they will turn off automatically.
PAIRING WITH EACH OTHER
- Turn on both the earbuds at the same time by removing them from the charging case or switching them on manually. After powering on the earbuds, wait a couple of seconds and you will hear the earbuds pairing with each other.
- The LED indicator on both the earbuds will flash blue while connecting with each other.
- When the earbuds are connected to each other the LED Lights on both earbuds switch off indicating that the earbuds are in Bluetooth® pairing mode.
PAIRING WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICES
- The earbuds must be paired to a Bluetooth device before they can be used. It is only necessary to pair the earbuds once with each device.
- Please switch on your earbuds before attempting to pair them to a Bluetooth device.
- When switched on, the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth Mode.
- Open the Bluetooth Menu on the device you wish to pair with (see N Locating the Bluetooth MenuN for more details). Some devices require you to select usearch for Devices” or Add New Device” in order to create a Bluetooth pairing.
- Wait till you see “iGear Gemz” on your device screen.
- Select “iGear Gemz” on your device and follow further prompts to pair. Once pairing is complete and a connection is established, a sound will indicate that the earbuds are successfully connected.

when you get a call.
