Safety Instructions
Helmets and protective gear must be worn during driving.
It is forbidden to ride into motor vehicle lanes or residential areas where people and vehicles are mixed, and it is forbidden to ride in stagnant water exceeding 2cm. It is forbidden for more than one person to ride at the same time or ride with a child. It is forbidden to ride up and down stairs or escalators. If you encounter speed bumps, elevators, door thresholds, potholes, etc, please keep the speed low or stop using it. The electric scooter is a kind of sports and entertainment, not a means of transportation, but once you drive it into a public area, it will also have the attributes of a means of transportation. Therefore, it also has the safety risks that all vehicles may have. Strictly following the instructions in this manual will protect the safety of you and others to the greatest extent.
At the same time, you need to understand that once you ride on public roads or other public places, even if you ride normally in this manual, you may face risks caused by illegal driving and improper operation of others or other vehicles. Just like walking or biking can also be injured by other vehicles. As with all vehicles, the faster the driving speed, the longer the distance required for braking. Emergency braking on smooth ground may also cause the wheels to slip and lose their balance and fall. Therefore, it is very important to be vigilant, maintain a proper speed, and keep a reasonable distance from other people and vehicles during riding. Please stay alert and drive at low speed before driving into unfamiliar terrain.
Please respect pedestrians’ right of way when driving. Avoid frightening pedestrians, especially children. Remind pedestrians passing behind and slow down when passing, passing as far as possible from the left side of the pedestrian (for countries where vehicles are driving on the right, pass when facing the pedestrian, keep to the right, and reduce the speed). Electric scooters must be driven per relevant standards and national and regional regulations. Please be sure to strictly abide by the safety requirements of this manual for cyclists. Our company will not bear direct and joint liability for all property and personal damage accidents, legal disputes, and all other unfavourable events that cause conflicts of interest caused by the violation of the use of this manual.
Charging each time you use it can greatly extend the life of the battery, try to avoid recharging the battery after it is completely depleted. According to the characteristics of lithium batteries, the discharge efficiency of lithium batteries is the highest at 25±3°C. As the ambient temperature continues to increase and decrease, the discharge efficiency of lithium batteries shows a downward trend. Typically, in an environment of 0°C, the cruising range of the scooter may be only half or even lower than that at 25°C, but this process is reversible, that is, as the ambient temperature recovers, the discharge efficiency of the lithium battery will recover.
Please perform a basic inspection of the scooter before each driving. If there are obvious abnormalities such as loose parts, reduced battery life, excessive wear of parts, and abnormal noises from the body, please stop using it immediately and do not ride forcibly. Please contact our customer service staff to repair the product.
Folding And Handling
- Turn off the power of the scooter. Pull the folding mechanism to fold the scooter.
- Lift the upright pole of the scooter with one hand or both hands to carry it.
Daily Maintenance
Cleaning and Maintenance
If there are stains on the surface of the scooter body, use a soft cloth
dipped in a small amount of clean water to wipe it. If there are stains that
are difficult to clean, first use a soft cloth dipped in toothpaste to wipe,
and then clean with a damp cloth.
Tips:
Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene or other corrosive and volatile
chemical solvents to clean, otherwise it will seriously damage the appearance
and internal structure of the scooter. It is forbidden to use pressure washer
gun to spray, drench, flush or brush. Please make sure that the scooter is
turned off when cleaning, the charging cable has been unplugged and the dust
plug of the charging port is tightly plugged, otherwise, there may be an
electric shock or serious failure due to water entering the scooter.
When not in use, try to store it indoors in a dry and cool place, and try to avoid storing it outdoors for a long time. Sun exposure, overheating, and cold outdoor environment will accelerate the aging of the appearance of the scooter, and the aging of the tyres, and reduce the service life of its battery pack.
Battery Maintenance
Please do not place the battery in a high temperature over 50°C or a low-
temperature environment below 20°C (such as the interior of a car exposed to
the sun in summer)
It is forbidden to throw the battery pack into a fire, otherwise, it may cause the battery to fail, overheat, or even risk fire. For other battery maintenance precautions, please consult the seller. Avoid recharging after the battery is completely depleted, and try to charge after each use, which can greatly extend the life of the battery. In addition, when used at room temperature, the battery pack can provide a longer riding distance and better performance, the battery life performance will decrease if it is used in an environment below 0°C. Typically, in an environment of 0°C, the riding distance may be only half or less than that at room temperature. The riding distance provided by the battery pack will recover when the temperature rises.
Tips:
A fully-charged scooter will exhaust its stored power after about 20-90 days
of standby, and an under-charged scooter will exhaust its power after about
20-50 days of standby. In this case, if the battery is not charged in time, it
may cause the battery to be over-discharged and damaged. This damage is
irrecoverable. In this case, the damaged scooter will not be able to be
recharged and will not be able to enjoy free warranty service. (Note: Non-
professionals are forbidden to disassemble the battery pack at will, otherwise
it may cause serious safety accidents due to electric shock or short circuit).
Product Parameter
Note:
Due to the different capacities of different subtypes of batteries, the
specific parameters shall prevail in kind. Only part of the data range is
