In order to use the device safely, read this manual carefully before first use and keep this instruction manual in a convenient place or store with the device for future reference.

To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock and fire, this product must be used in accordance with the following instructions. The use of accessories which are not supplied with the appliance is not recommended.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using this or any other electrical appliance, always follow these basic safety precautions:

  1. Read all instructions.
  2. Do not use on an infant or on an animal.
  3. This pad is not to be used on or by an invalid, a sleeping or unconscious person, a person with diabetes, or a person with poor blood circulation.
  4. Do not use on areas of insensitive skin.
  5. Burns can occur regardless of controller setting. Check skin under pad frequently.
  6. Do not use in an oxygen atmosphere.
  7. Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place.
  8. Do not bunch, sit on or against or crush pad-avoid sharp folds.
  9. Never pull this pad by the supplied cord.
  10. Do not use the code as a handle.
  11. This unit should not be used by children without adult supervision.
  12. Place pad on top of and not under the part of the body needing heat.
  13. Use this pad only on a 220-240 volt AC circuit. Unplug it when not in use.
  14. Do not use the pad with generators, power converters, or inverters.
  15. Do not tamper with this pad in any way.
  16. There are no user-serviceable parts. If for any reason this pad does not function satisfactorily, see warranty for consumer service information.
  17. Do not use this pad with liniment, salve or ointment preparations, skin burns could result.
  18. Do not bend or pinch cord and do not use if cord is damaged.
  19. Never leave the appliance unattended, especially if children are present.
  20. Loop cord loosely when storing. Tight wrapping may damage cord and internal parts.
  21. When not in use, store the heating pad in the original packing, in a dark, cool, dry place.
  22. This product is for household use only. Do not use this product outdoors or for any other purpose.
  23. We reserve the right to make technical and optical changes without prior notice.

HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD
1. Before Use

1.1 Before each use, always inspect the product to ensure there is no damage to the power cord, the Control, or the Pad. The Pad Connector and Control Connector are designed to connect only one way.
1.2 Plug the adapter into an AC 220-240V outlet.
1.3 Align the inner prongs and then push together until Connectors are secure.

NOTE:
If there is no power, make sure the AC electrical outlet is functional and the connection in step 1.3 is secure. Discontinue use if failure continues

2. Operation Guidelines

2.1 The default switch is on “O’: Push the switch to “1” on the controller to power it on. The default timer is 90 minutes.
2.2 Change the temperature settings: Push the switch up to “2”/”3″ to increase the temperature; Push it back to “2”/”1″ to decrease the temperature. Real- time temperature gear shows on the screen.
2.3 It is recommended to start with a low gear at first, then slowly increase the gear to prevent the skin from becoming unsuitable when the temperature is too high.

3. Auto Shut-off Function

3.1 The heating pad switches off automatically after approx. 90 minutes of continuous operation.
3.2 Switch off the heating pad (0) or unplug the power plug from the power socket if you are not going to use the heating pad after the automatic switch- off.

4. Warnings

4.1 Burns can occur regardless of the control setting; check skin under Pad frequently. Unplug the product when it is not in use.
4.2 If the Control shuts off, make sure the Pad and Control connectors are securely connected and re-start the product.
4.3 DO NOT make the pad wet. If in wet status, please make it dry before use.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
  1. Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
  2. Disconnect the heating Pad from the Controller Connector, through pulling the Controller Connector from the Pad connector.
  3. Machine or hand wash the Pad using a mild detergent, cool water, and a gentle/ delicate cycle.
  4. Hung dry or lay the Pad flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
  5. Make sure the product is completely dry before the next use.
  6. To store the product, please loosely roll the Heating Pad together, loop the cord over the rolled ends, and then store it in a cool, dry, dark location after each use. Avoid sharply folding the Heating Pad.

1. When should a heating pad be used?

Whenever a hot form of temporary relief is desired for personal comfort

2. What temperature does this product reach?

Maximum temperature does not exceed the Underwriters Laboratories temperature limit of 80°C. Temperature varies by heat setting, the temperature range is 40°C-60°C. You may need to use a low heat for start.

3. Why the appliance does not warm up?

– The appliance is not connected to power: Insert the power plug into the power socket and switch on the appliance.
– The appliance is not switched on: Switch on the appliance.
– The appliance is defective: Please contact support- eu@renpho.com.
