BATTERY CHARGE
- The supply voltage and current must comply with the indications on the charger’s nameplate.
- Before using the battery for the first time, charge it for at least 1 hour.
- To charge the battery, plug the charger into the mains, and the LED will light up red. Put the battery in the charger, the LED will turn green and start blinking. The charger LED will turn from flashing green to green when the battery is fully charged.
- When the battery is charged, remove it from the charger. If you leave the battery in the charger and it is fully charged, the charger will automatically turn off after 2 hours, the green LED still on.
- The charging time for a fully discharged battery is 2.5 hours.
- If you insert the battery into the charger and the LED starts blinking red, it means that your battery is damaged or that the battery does not correspond to this charger.
- Recharge the battery when you notice that the power of your machine decreases. Avoid using the machine until the battery is fully discharged.

Grades:
- The battery will require 2 or 3 complete charge-discharge cycles to reach its maximum energy storage capacity.
- This battery does not have a memory effect so it is not necessary to fully discharge it before recharging it.
- If you are not going to use the battery for a long period, charge it to the maximum, store it in an appropriate place, and recharge it every 30 days.
- Follow the advice below to ensure that the charge capacity of your battery is maintained for as long as possible:
- Avoid fully discharging the battery. Battery life will be longer if you recharge the battery when you notice your machine’s power diminishing and don’t let it run out completely.
- Always recharge the battery after using the machine. Do not store the battery discharged or half charged.
- Always recharge the battery inside your home and garage to protect the battery and charger from humidity and inclement weather.
- Recharge the battery at temperatures between 5º and 40º C.
- Always keep the battery away from water, humid areas, heat sources, and chemical products.
CHARGING THE BATTERY WITHOUT REMOVING IT FROM THE SPRAYER (ONLY VALID WITH THE KEEPER 20V DOUBLE SLOW CHARGER)
- Insert the charging plug into the connector indicated below
- Connect the power cable to a 230 V socket.
- Once the battery is charged the light on the charger will turn green, unplug the charger from the wall outlet and the outlet on the sprayer
INSTALL THE BATTERY
- Install the battery by sliding it along the rails (1) until it makes a “clack” sound.
- This ensures that it will remain securely connected to the machine.
- To remove the battery, press the release button (2) and pull the battery (3).
VERIFICATION POINTS BEFORE FILLING THE DEPOSIT
- Check the machine and look for loose parts (screws, nuts, housings, etc.) and damages.
- Tighten, repair, or replace the parts that you have found in poor condition.
- Make sure there are no leaks or leaks in the battery and that the battery is properly secured in the machine.

FILLING THE DEPOSIT

SWITCHED ON
This machine has 2 ignition options:
- 100% pump: If you want to work with the pump at maximum intensity, set the start switch to “I”
- Pump regulated between 0% and 100%: If you prefer to regulate the intensity of the pump, turn on the machine directly by turning the potentiometer.
STOP
- Set the On / Off switch to the “O” position and the potentiometer to the minimum.
LOW BATTERY INDICATOR
- When your sprayer’s battery is low, the power output of the liquid will be less and you will need to charge the battery.
VERIFICATION POINTS AFTER START-UP
- It is important to pay attention to possible loose parts and the temperature of the machine.
- If you detect any anomaly in the machine, stop immediately and check it carefully.
- In case of any anomaly or problem take the machine to the technical service to repair it.
- In no case continue using the machine if the operation does not seem appropriate.

USING THE MACHINE

PREPARING THE LIQUID TO BE SPRAYED
- Prepare the product mix to be sprayed in a tank

COMPLETION OF SPRAYING
After using the machine it is necessary to clean the circuit using clean water.
When you stop using the machine:
- Turn off the machine by moving the switch to the “O” position.

- Fill the tank with clean water.
- Start the machine again and spray clean water for one minute to ensure that all the circuit is cleaned with water.

TRANSPORT

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
WARRANTY PERIOD
- The warranty period in contracts concluded with consumers and users against any lack of conformity of the product that exists at the time of its delivery to the buyer, in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/771 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 20, 2019, and in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a duration of three (3) years, and will lead to the correction of the fault or manufacturing defect that the purchased product may eventually present in accordance with legal provisions
EXCLUSIONS
Garland warranty will not cover:
- Companies and professionals
- Pieces worn out due to wear and tear.

- Failures that turn out because of an incorrect use of the product, Garland will not be responsible if the replaced parts of the machine are not from Garland and if the machine has been modified in any way.
