USING THE HEATING PAD
Ensure there is a mains supply nearby and that when in use, the power cord

plugged into the main supply, the controller must be within easy reach of the
user. Make sure the connection plug of the power cord is firmly attached to
the connection socket of the heating pad.
- Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to start the appliance. The digital display shows the temperature setting “3”.
- Press the temperature setting button to select your desired temperature setting from 1 to 6 (low to high) according to your body’s feeling.
- If you will use it for a long period of time, please press the temperature setting button until the digital display shows “1” (the lowest temperature setting) so as to avoid overheating which may cause the human body’s discomfort.
- After use, press the on/off button for 3 seconds to shut off the appliance. Unplug the heating pad from the main socket.
Note:
- Please preheat the appliance before use by setting the temperature to “6” (the highest temperature setting) for 10 minutes.
- After working 90 minutes the heating pad switches off automatically.
After use
When the heating pad is not in use please switch off the appliance and remove
the plug from the power socket. Always pull on the plug, not on the mains
cord. If the heating pad is not to be used for a long period of time, store
the heating pad in a cool and dry place.
Note
This heating pad is supplied with a pad cover for easy cleaning. You can use
the heating pad directly or cover with the pad cover while using. If the pad
cover is to be used, please make sure the connection socket of the heating pad
will face towards the opening side of the pad cover.
Attention
a. If the display is “P”, please check whether the coupler (Fig.1) of the
product has been connected firmly or not, then restart it. If the fault cannot
be removed, it means the internal connection of the product has problems and
it needs to ask for help from after-sales service.
b. If the display is “E”, it means the product has been broken.
c. If the controller shows “C”, it means the controller has been overheated.
Please disconnect the appliance from the mains and wait until the controller
cools down, then it is safe to use.
WARNING – risk of burns
- Prolonged use at the highest setting may lead to burns.
- To avoid burn injuries to the skin, test the temperature prior to use with the back of your hand (not the palm, as this is less sensitive than other parts of the body).
- Do not use the heating pad directly on your skin.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
- Remove the main plug from the wall socket and the connection plug from the connection socket on the device before cleaning the heating pad.
- Neither the control unit nor mains cord can come into contact with moisture, water, or any other liquid. Otherwise, there is a danger of electric shock. In addition, the heating pad itself must not be moist during use. Only use it when it is dry – never when damp!
- The heating pad and the pad cover can be washed in the washing machine (without the cord and controller). Set the machine to wool or delicate wash at a maximum water temperature of 30 degrees. After washing, spread them over a drying rack or clothesline to dry thoroughly.
- Let the heating pad cool down before folding it up!
- Do not place any heavy objects on the heating pad!
- The heating pad must not be creased!
- Always store the heating pad in a cool, dry place where it is protected from other sources of heat!
