Adhesive Mount

  • Apply the white backing side of the gel pad to the smooth side of the wall mount.CSG-F219-5G-Wi-Fi-6-Router-fig-7
  • Ensure the desired mounting surface is smooth, dry, clean, and free of debris. (not recommended for sheetrock, painted or rough surfaces)
  • Caution: Attaching this side to rough surfaces may result in the router dropping.
  • Determine the best area to mount the router before installing it.
  • Speed testing at different locations is helpful (5G devices typically get the best signal from inside, on a window)
  • Remove the clear liner from the front of the gel pad
  • Position the mount so that the word “UP” is at the top of the mount, and firmly press onto the smooth surface. Once installed, run your hand across the mount with some pressure to ensure it is securely attached to the surface.
  • Attach the router to the secured wall mount by lining the 4 feet up with the slotted inserts and sliding the router down until you feel a click.

If removal or repositioning is needed, remove the router from the mount and slowly twist the mount with pressure. Once removed, the mount can be repositioned with the same installation instructions. The gel material can be rinsed if it is dirty and prevents proper adhesion to the mounting surface.

Maintain a minimum distance of 20 cm between the router and individuals while charging.
