Connecting the Receiver

Slide the receiver out from the back of the keyboard, and insert to the devices which with a standard USB interface. Once connected, slide the power switch to the “”ON”” position which located on the left side of the unit to establish the connection.

Led indicator

     Blue LED
     Red LED
         Orange LED

Blue Light
Blue Light indicates the connecting or battery status. If it is solid on, means it is in working status. If the blue light is off means the connections has not been established or the keyboard enters into the auto sleep mode. If it flashes slowly, means you will have to charge the keyboard.

Red Light
Red light indicates the charging status. When you plug in the charging cable, the red light will turn on. It will turn off while fully charged.

Orange light
Orange light indicates the normal operating status when using the keyboard or touchpad.

Backlit
The Backlit LED will be automatically turned on three seconds after the keyboard is being turned on. When the backlight is lighted, it will stay on 1 minute. If there is no operation after 1 minute, the backlight LED will be off automatically. There are 8 colors backlight modes for you, you can change the color, turn on or turn off the backlight by Voice (Apply to google Voice version)

How to use voice search on Google search box:

1. Open your Google Brower, find the “Search by Voice” function.
2. When seeing words “Speak now” means you can hold the “voice” key to speak words, when finished, just release the key.
3. Then Google will recognize what you said and show you the search results.

Note: Not all the devices could use Microphone. It will require the APP support voice input, like Google app

IR Learning Instructions

The M9 supports up to six learning keys, and can be programmed to learn some basic functions of the TV remote control, including: POWER, TV, and four color buttons on the keyboard The specific learning methods are as follows:
Step 1: Long press the corresponding learning button until the indicator light is always on, for example, long press the POWER key for 5 seconds, the indicator light changes from flash to flash state, indicating the learning state.
Step 2: Release the learning button, the indicator light changes from constant to slow flash, then the key is a learning state.
Step 3: take the TV remote control at the M9 infrared transmitter position, make sure the distance between them is less than 0.1 feet, press the TV remote control button to learn, if the M9 indicator flash 5 times indicates successful success, if there is no flash, delay 1 second, repeatedly press the TV remote control button until the M9 indicator flash 5 times.
Step 4: Repeat the above 1 to 3 to learn the other keys.
Step 5: press and hold the [Fn]+[power] key for seconds and the orange LED flashes for 5 time to clear the learning code value and restore the factory setting.

Code description

M9 supports 2.4G and BT BLE dual-mode connection as follows:
2.4G connection:
Long press the Fn+2.4G until the indicator flash indicates 2.4G pairing state, insert the DONGLE receiver and close M9 near the dongle receiver until the indicator is off indicating successful pairing.
BT connection:
Long press the Fn+BT button until the indicator flash indicates entering the BT broadcast connection state, then open the upper computer BT connection interface to find the BT keyboard device, click the connection, wait for the M9 indicator off, indicating that the connection can be used normally.
