Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Assembly
Start by assembling the island back components. Attach the standard fabricated island back (ARR-36SIB-P) or the welded island back (ARR-36IB-P) to the main body of the product. If desired, add the stub backs (ARR-36GSB-P) and high backs with shelves (ARR-3621HBS-P) for additional functionality.
Step 2: Gas Connection
Connect the gas regulator (R80022 for NATGas or R80023 for LP Gas) to the product using a suitable connector. Ensure that the connection is secure and leak-proof.
Step 3: Orifice Mixer Installation
Install the elbow orifice mixer (A24000) by connecting it to the gas supply line. Use appropriate fittings to ensure a proper seal.
Step 4: Burner and Valve Configuration
Refer to the product manual for specific instructions on configuring the burners and valves. Install the small burner valve (R80003) and adjust it according to your desired heat output. Install the simmer jet (R17542) for low heat settings.
Step 5: Additional Component Installation
Follow the provided instructions to install any additional components such as regulators, valves, orifices, and other accessories. Use the part numbers listed in the manual for reference.
