Unlocking with Default Code

Make sure the lock dials are set to 000.
Push the release button located on the lock mechanism.
If the lock does not open, try combinations on either side of the default code, such as 100, 010, 001, 900, 090, 009.
If the lock still does not open, slightly tug on the tie while pushing the release button to apply a small force to release any potential stuck mechanism.

Unlocking with User-Set Code

Set the lock dials to your code.
Push the release button located on the lock mechanism.
If the lock stops opening on your set code, try combinations on either side of your code. For example, if your code is 123, try combinations like 023, 223, 113, 133, etc.
If the lock still does not open, slightly tug on the tie while pushing the release button to apply a small force and release any potential stuck mechanism.

Sometimes the dials on this product can slip changing the code. If a customer has a new lock that will not open on the default 000 code then we’d suggest they try combinations on either side of the code for example, 100, 010, 001, 900, 090, 009. They may also need to try tugging slightly on the tie when pushing the release button.
If they have already set their code and the lock stops opening on the code they set then we’d again suggest they try combinations on either side of their code for example, if their code was 123, try: 023, 223, 113, 133, etc. Also again try tugging slightly on the tie when pushing the release button (the mechanism may be slightly stuck and may need a small force to release).

Q: What should I do if the lock still doesn’t open after trying the suggested combinations?
A: If the lock remains locked after attempting the suggested combinations, please contact our customer support for further assistance. They will be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or arrange a replacement if necessary.
Q: Can I change the default code?
