Charging

Slide the [Power on/off] switch to the ON position.
NOTE: The player will not charge while in the power OFF position. -
Connect the player to your computer using the included USB cable.

Charge the battery between 3-5 hours. Do not charge for more than 8 hours.

The battery icon will move while charging and stop moving when fully charged.

Make sure the player fully charged before turning It on.
NOTE: Charge the player for
at least 8 hours before using it for the first time.
Battery level Indication:
– indicates that the battery is full.
– indicates low battery; the player should be charged as soon as possible.
Micro SD card
This player in cludes 4GB of internal memory, you may use Micro SD cards (up
to 32GB) to ncrease the memory of the player.
To insert the Micro SD card:
- Turn the player off before nserting or removing the card.
- Insert the Micro SD card into the card slot with the metal contacts facing towards the front of the player and gently push it in until it clicks. Do not apply excessive force as this may damage the player and/or Micro SD card.
- To view certain types of files on the Micro SD card, select a function icon from the home screen, then open the browser and select “cardDir”
- To remove the Micro SD card, gently push t in until it pops out.
- When the player is connected to a computer with a card inserted, the card will be listed as a second drive titled “Removable Disk”.
- Do not use force while inserting or removing a card.
- Do not remove the card during file transfers.
- Turn the player off before inserting or removing a card.

Music
To listen to audio files, select “music” from the home screen. The music
control screen will open and music starts playing.

Tap the button to open the music browser then use the touch-screen to make a
selection (tap once to select a file, tap twice to open a file ). Volume
control
To adjust the volume press the [ ] or [ ] button on the front of the player
OR
tap the “va1ume Menu” icon then use the volume control bar on the touch
screen. Repeat Modes
Press the “Repeat Mode” icon on the music control screen to cycle through the
following repeat modes:
| Play all songs then stop.

| Play all songs in a continues loop.
| Browse songs (plays each song for 10 seconds only).
| Play a song once then stop.
| Repeat one song continuously.
Searching music files
To search for music files on the player select nerowsern from the Music
Control Screen then select “Main Dir”
or
to search the Micro SD card select nBrowser” then “‘Card Dirn (if a card is
inserted). or
to search both select “erowser”then “All Music”.
Deleting music files
To delete music files on the player open the music browser, then use the touch
screen to make a selection (tap once to select a file) then press on the
touch- screen.
It is also possible to delete files on the player while connected to the
computer. Select the file and press the “delete” key of the computer’s
keyboard.
Adding songs to your favorites
- While music is playing press the” Settings” icon.
- Select “Add List”.
- Select from 1 of the 5 “My Music” lists by double tapping the list. The song will be saved to the chosen list.
Listening to your favorites
- While playing music, press the “Browser” icon.
- Select “Play List”.
- Select from 1 of the 5 “My Music” lists.
- Select the track you would like to play.
Camera
To take pictures or record videos, select “camera” from the home screen. The
camera browser screen will open.

Use the touch-screen to make a selection between “‘Capture” or “Record”
(tap once to select. tap twice to open).

To take a picture, press the [ ] shutter button, on the photo control screen.
To save photos or videos directly to your Micro SD card (if inserted), select
settings then select ” saw Path” then select “C.nl Memory’.
While in camera mode, tap the screen to open the photo capture control screen.

mode, press the ·switch to video . icon on the photo control screen (or you
can select “Record” from the camera browser screen).
To view videos or pictures taken with the player’s camera. press the “browser”
” icon.
To switch to video recording mode the in camera mode, press the “switch to
video’ icon on the photo control screen (or you can select “Record” from the
camera browser screen).
Video Recorder Control Screen To record videos
To start recording video, press the record button on the video recorder control screen, the record counter will appear.
To pause recording, press the button on the screen. Press the button again to
continue recording within the same video file.
To stop recording and save, press the button on touch-screen.
It is also possible to view videos and pictures taken with the player’s camera
in the “video” or “photos” mode. Open either function from the home screen
then select “camera”
Transferring media files to the player
- Find music, picture, or video files on your computer.
- Connect the MP3 Player to your computer, and locate “MP3”.
- Drag the files into the Music, Pictures or Video folders.

It is also possible to delete files on the player while connected to the
computer. Select the file and press the “delete” key of the computer’s
keyboard.
Basic operation
Turning on/off:
Make sure the player is fully charged before turning it on.
- To turn ON the player.make sure the [POWER on/off] switch is in the ON position then press and HOLD the [M] button until the display lights up.
- To turn off the player, press and HOLD the [M] button until the display shuts off or slide the [POWER on/off] switch to the OFF position.
Resetting the player:
If the player malfunctions or freezes, you can use the reset function to
restart it.
- To reset the player, take a metal pin (such as the end of a paperclip), and gently push it into the Reset hole on top of the player to restart it.
Using the player
Home screen
After turning on the player, the home screen appears.
- Touch a function con on the home screen to select and open it.
- To return to the home screen, quick press the [M] button or press the icon on the touch-screen when available.

- music: play songs
- video: play videos
- photos: view pictures
- camera: take pictures or record videos
- record: record voice memos
- settings: change system settings
Videos
To watch videos, select “video” from the home screen. The video browser screen
appears.

Use the touch screen to make a selection (tap once to select a file, tap twice
to open a file). This player cannot play hi
resolution video above 640×480 pixels. When converting videos for this player
be sure to set the profile as “flv” or “avi” and the resolution to “320×240”

While a video is playing, tap the screen to open the video control menu.

To adjust the volume press the [ ] [ ] button on the front of the player OR
tap the “Volume Menu” icon then use the volume control bar on the touch
screen.
To view videos stored on the Micro SD card (if inserted), open the video
control screen, select the “Browser” icon then select “Card Dir”.
Photos
To view photos, select “phetes” from the home screen. The photo browser screen
appears.

Use the touch-screen to make a selection (tap once to select a photo, tap
twice to open a photo). With an image open, tap the screen to open the photo
control screen.

open the photo controls screen, select the “Browser” icon then select “Card
Dir” .
To view all pictures in slideshow mode, select the “Slideshow” icon. Use
this button to switch between automatic and manual slideshow viewing.
Record
To record voice memos, select “record” from the home screen.
- To start recording a voice memo, press them button on the touch screen.
- To pause recording, press the button on the touch-screen.
- To stop recording and save press the button the touch-screen.
- To listen to recorded voice memos, press the icon on the touch-screen .
Settings
To customize player’s settings, select “settings” from the home screen. You can adjust various settings such as power usage, anguage, display, and more. Adjust the “Backlight Tlme” and “bnghtness’ in display settings and adjust “Power off ” options to extend and optimize battery performance.
Troubleshooting
Can not power on
- The battery may be exhausted, please recharge the battery.
- Check that the [POWER] switch is in the ON position.
Files can not be transferred to the player
- Check if the driver is installed correctly in the computer by disconnecting and then reconnecting the player to the computer
- Check the connection between the player and PC, and confirm the USB cable is properly connected.
Player not recognized by computer
- Check the connection between the player and PC, and confirm the USB cable is properly connected.
- Check that the [POWER] switch is in the ON position.
No sound from the headphones
- Please ensure the volume is turned up, and the headphones are properly connected.
- Check if the format of music file is supported by the player.
Can not record
- Check if there is enough memory and battery capacity.
Display is in the wrong language
- Please ensure you selected the correct language from the “Settings” menu.
The buttons do not work
- Slide the [POWER] switch to the left to unlock the player.
I cannot display my .jpg files
- Many digital cameras and image editing softwares add hidden data to the jpg files. This data can prevent the player from loading the images. Try to eliminate them by saving the file with another name.
