508K Series PRIVACYSET INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING:Accurate door preparation is essential for the functioning of this lock.
Please follow the enclosed template and instruct

MARK DOOR&BORE HOLES

1. Fold template over edge of door mark site 60mm(2 3/s “) or 70mm (2 3/4 “)of holes.
2. Bore54mm (21/s”) and 25mm ( 1′ ) hole s th rough door.
3. Cut out a 58x26x3mm (2 ‘1/32″l’x%2″base.

INSTRUCTION FOR ADJUSTABLE LATCH

The cam is pushed fully to the right 70mm backset.
(During the adjustment,keeping two teeth of the cam to forward always. )

INSTALL LATCH

PREP ARE JAMB AND INSTALL STRIKE
