WARMLY TIPS

1. In order to extend battery lfe, please fully charge your batteries at least 5 hours before your first time use.
2. Don’t repeat to charge battery when your battery have enough power.

FUNCTION

alarms once and blades turn to minimum opening, buzzer twice to maximum opening, then release the trigger
Hold for Standby Mode| Press the trigger for 4 seconds. then buzzer on. machine enters to standby mode: Press switch to activate
Auto Standby| Shear will enter into standby mode if stop working for 3mins
Auto Sleep| Shear will enter into auto sleep mode if stop working for 10mins
Alarm| Abnormal conditions trigger buzzer to alarm and shear stops working
Intercharge the Opening Size| Press the trigger 3 seconds to interchange the opening size from 22mm to 15mm
Charging Function| Use the regular 5V USB charger and typeC cable, insert into the type-C interface of the motherboard, it enters the charging state.
Anti-Cut Function| Long press the logger. when you hear the third sounds. the anti-cut function will activate. This function needs to be manually activated.

SECONDS TO SWITCH THE BLADE OPENING

The blade opening size can be adjusted according 1o the thickness of the branch with two modes:

1. Interchange the blade opening by pressing the trigger 3 seconds, each switch accompaning a buzzer.
2.  The shear s set at maximum opening at default, When cutting branch of 22mm, press trigger for 3 Seconds to switch fo minimum opening with buzzer alarming once, then releasé the rigger.
3. When cuting branch over 151, pross tho riggor or 3 soconds again and switch to Mmaximum opening with buzzer alaring for once, then release the trgger.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

‘The shear is battery-powered and easy to use. It can be used to cut fruit branch for grafting, bulk orchard pruning and harvesting. Work efficiency is 8-10 times than traditional hand pruner.

SPECIFICATION

Please read all specifications and safety warnings carefully. Electricity or fire hazard and other damages may happen without following instructions.
Avoid operating and exposing the electric shear under rain.
Keep fingers away from the cutting area to avoid injury.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

Before Use’

1. Please check the battery power level
2. When not in use, please make sure the power is off.Cautions. power must be off before refilling, sharpening and changing the blades.
3. Please check the tightness of the blade.

OPERATION MANUAL

1. Prass the switch on, power indicator on, standby mode activate

2. Press the trigger twice quickly to activate

3. Press the trigger,the blades close; release the tngger, then the blades open

TO SHUTDOWN THE SHEAR: PRESS THE TRIGGER AND KEEP THE BLADE CLOSING.AND THEN TURN OFF THE POWER SWITCH.

TIPS FOR STORAGE

1. Keep pressing the trigger; when hearing a long buzzer, release the trigger, then blades close.
2. Short press the switch once to turn off the power .
3.  Remove all tiny splinters from the machine, clean it up and pack up.

BATTERY CHARGING

1. Insert the USB cable 2 into the regular 5V USB charger 1.
2. Insert into the type-C interface of the motherboard 3, it enters the charging state.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Replace the motor.
2.Press the trigger twice can be released. Solution: Let it cool down and then to work. 3.Control board burned out. Solution:Send it repair locally.
6.10E+07| Stop running| 1.Mechanical or blade edge stuck.Damaged motor.
Solution:Remove the motor, connect the control board. and activate the motor to run. If it does not work, Send it repair locally.
2.Controller is damaged.Solution:Send it repair locally.
7.10E+08| Motor phase loss| 1.Check whether the connection between the motor phase wire and the control board is normal. Solution: Reconnect
2.The control board is damaged.Solution: Send it repair locally.
8.10E+09| Undervoltage/overvoltage| 1. Check whether the voltage of the battery is the same as the voltage of the machine. Solution: If undervollage. charge the battery.
2.Controller is damaged.Solution:Send it repair locally.
9/E09| MOS tube overheat| 1.Machine work too long time continually.Solution:Let it stop work and cool down.
10/E10| Hall board communication failed| 1. Check whether the connecting wire of the Hall board is disconnected. Solution:Reconnect.
2.The Hall plate is damaged.Solution:Send it repair locally.
12/E12| Phase detection error| 1. Check whether the connection between the motor phase wire and the control board is normal. Solution: Reconnect.

THE FOLLOWING COMMON NO-ALARM TROUBLESHOOTING METHODS:

at the original angle.
2.When the blade edge is closed, check whether there is a gap at the blade, and adjust the screw’s tightness in time.
3.If adjusting the tightness of the blade has no effect, you can replace the blade.
Blade Edge Chipping| 1.When the shear’s blade is open, shake the upper blade left and right to check the gap between the upper blade and the lower blacle,and adjust the tightness in time.
2.For standardized use. the cut branches must be stuck into the blade edge at least 2/3.
No alarm shutdown| 1.Check the battery voltage and whether the power is sufficient.
2.If the voltage and battery are all right, replace the motherboard.
Jump gear; abnormal sound| 1.1f the branches cannot be cut, and you hear an abnormal sound. check whether the blade is loo tight.
2.After adjusting the tightness. the problem cannot be solved, check whether the swing teeth are seriously worn.

NOTIFICATIONS

1. A little heat over the charger and battery is normal
2. If the battery is not in use for a long period of time, it is necessary to charge it once every 3 months to prolong the battey life.
3. For new battery or battery not been used for a long time, it takes 5 times* charge-discharge cycle to obtain maximum capacity.
4. Do not repeat charging after short-time operation, this may cause short life of battery  and inefficiency.
5. Battery may explode in fire, avoid burning or heating battery
6. Avoid charging outdoor or in wet environment.
7. Never charge the battery while the shear is in operation.
8. Avoid storing the battery in humid environment.

BLADE LUBRICATION

**** Power must be off before adjusting
Lubrication oil must be refilled twice every time during operation. Open the blade before refilling the oil, Steps are as follow:

1. Because of customs problem, your package don’t included lubricating oil
2. And it’s ok to use ordinary engine oil to maintain your shear. lubricating oil such as gearbox oil.differential oil.engine oil.cooking ail.air tool oil,compressor oil)
3. Squeeze the oil into the nozzle, then activate the machine to spread the oil evenly

BLADE TENSION ADJUSTMENT

**** Power must be off before adjusting
Check the tightness of the blade before use every time and make sure the blades will not shake with proper tightness. It saves energy during operation if the tightness is proper.

1. Adjust the small screw nut tightness  with wrench.

2. Adjust the big screw nut tightness with wrench.

HOW TO REPLACE BLADE

**** Power must be off before adjusting
To ensure safety, please turn off the power before replacement.

1. Remove the screws from the machine casing:| 2. Remove the casing side cover;

3. Remove the anti loosening gasket screws;| 4, Remove the toothed nut:

5. Remove the pin;| 6. Remove the swing teeth:

7. Remove the blade;| 8. Remove the blade;

9. Replace the blade and apply lubricating oil,| 10. Install pins and serrated nuts;

11, Install the anti loosening gasket screws;| 12. Install the casing side cover and tighten the screws.

MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

1. Do not operate it on branches oversize. Do not cut non-plant materials such as metal & stone.
2.  Keep the machine clean. Use dry cloth to clean shear, battery and charger (do not use corrosive or solvent based detergents), use soft brush or dry cloth to clean the blade head.
3. Do not plunge the shear, battery and charger in water or any other liquid.
4. Operate in accordance with the manual, avoid operation if the machine is faulty.
5. Avoid operation if the on/off button is faulty, which is dangerous and must be repaired.
6. Make sure the machine has been shut down before blade adjusting, charging and storing, it helps reduce damage in case of unexpected start of machine.
7. Keep it away from children’s reach. Those who are not familiar with the machine are not allowed to operate the machine.Tt is dangerous for untrained people to use it.
8. Folow the instructions while using the machine. Improper use will cause damage.
9. Wipe both blades after use,apply lubrication oil to maintain normal conditions to avoid resistance and prolong machine life.
10. Do not charge the pruner below 0 C or above 45°C, it will cause damage to the pruner.
11. Power off before charging, or otherwise it may cause accident.
12. Only supplier appointed charger can be used for charging, unmatched charger may cause fire hazard.
13. Avoid contract with paper clip,coin,keys nails,screws etc. These, tiny metal object may short cut the battery and cause burinng or fire hazard.
