GODIAG EV-B10 Portable EV Charger

Note: Maximum current output of 32 Amps for 40A circuit breaker, 24 Amps for 30A circuit breaker, or 16 Amps for 20A circuit breaker. Charge Rate: 22-25 miles per hour at 32A, 15-18 miles per hour at 24A and 10-12 miles per hour at 16A. (Kindly note: Some cars may turn down the current automatically when the voltage is unstable.)

PORTABLE EV CHARGER DISPLAY INTERFACE

    The EV charger is plugged into the power source, but charging handle is not plugged into the car.

CHARGING OPERATION

Warning: When the charger is plugged into the car for charging, the current and scheduled time cannot be adjusted at this time, and must be set before charging.

Operation Guidelines for Portable EV Charger:

  1. First, insert the plug of the portable EV charger into the power socket, it will perform a self-inspection.
  2. Set the charging current: press the button to adjust the charging current.
  3. Plug the EV charger into the AC charging port of the electric vehicle, and the portable EV charger starts to charge the electric vehicle.
  4. After charging is completed, “Charging Completed” will be displayed, allowing you to directly draw the charger. If you want to stop charging halfway, just unplug the charger.
  5. Finally, put the EV charger back into the portable EV charger bag.

Adjust the Current:

  • 16A: 8/10/13/16A 4 current settings. The initial current is 16A. When the EV needs other currents for charging, press the current button to switch. The current options are 16A→13A→10A→8A→16A.
  • 32A: 10/16/24/32A 4 current settings. The initial current is 32A. When the EV needs other currents for charging, press the current button to switch. The current options are 32A→24A→16A→10A→32A.
    When the power is turned on but the EV charger is not plugged into the electric car, the user can press the current button to adjust the current. When the EV charger is inserted into the electric car for charging, users can no longer adjust the current during the charging process.

Scheduled Charging:
Plug in the plug first, and then press the appointment button to make an appointment. The appointment time can be selected between 1-12H. When the countdown is over, the device starts charging the vehicle.

APP Download and Binding Use

Open the mobile browser or other QR reader software, scan the QR code, and follow the APP according to the prompts.

Binding and Using Devices

  • Open the installed APP, click “Agree privacy Statement”, and log into the APP after registration. Plug and charge to enter the Plug and Play charging mode. Open the Location, Bluetooth, and Wifi of the mobile phone. If the charging device is in standby state, the APP will automatically search for the charging device and the device name will be displayed.

  • Click “Add” to add the device, enter the WIFI pairing interface, automatically identify the WIFI name of the phone. Click “Next”, and the device will be automatically connect. After the connection is successful, a message will be displayed indicating that the device has been successfully added. Finally, click the icon of “Finish” and wait about 5 seconds for the device to be bound.

  • You can also click “+” in the upper right corner of the APP to manually add the device, select the category of “Energy saving” in the left column, pull up the device type, find the device “EV Charger (Bluetooth + WIFI)”, Click to enter, then follow the prompts and click on “Confirm if the indicator light is flashing”, then click on “Quick flashing” again.

  • Enter the WIFI password (WIFI password connected to the mobile phone) and click “Next” to match the password, and set the bound device as prompted.

  • After binding the device, charge it according to the APP interface. In addition, the appli-cation can also support the functions of “adjusting current” and “delayed charging”.

CHARGING FAULT DESCRIPTION

  • Three color indicators status blue light: standby green light: charging yellow light: failure
  • Standby mode steady blue light
  • Insert the EV charger steady green light
  • The charger is charging green light flashing
  • CP fault steady yellow light
  • Over voltage or under voltage the yellow light blinks once for 1S
  • No ground wire the yellow light blinks once for 2S
  • Over current the yellow light blinks once for 4S
  • Electric leakage the blue and yellow light blink once for 1S
  • Over temperature the blue and yellow light blink once for 2S

STORAGE

  • If the product is not used immediately after purchase, it should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated indoor place during short-term or long-term storage. Do not store in a humid environment or a place exposed to sunlight.
  • The equipment operates under normal operating conditions and usually does not require special maintenance during its service life. If you have any questions, please contact the manufacturer.

WARNING

  1. Do not use the device when the charging cable is damaged.
  2. When using this product, the power supply line must be well grounded.
  3. It is strictly forbidden to use external wires or adapters.
  4. This equipment contains high voltage non-professionals should not open the cover.
  5. Suggests: use this equipment to charge electric vehicles in a ventilated environment.
