PLEASE FULLY CHARGE THE PRODUCT BEFORE USING
- Please switch “ON” the solar portable lantern and fully charge it in direct sunlight before use for the first time.
- Charging time may vary depending on the weather, temperature, and seasons.
- Do not charge the product indoors or in any place where direct sunlight can’t reach. Otherwise, the product will not charge properly.
SWITCHES & FUNCTIONS
- The switches are on the top of the solar portable lantern.
- (Please see Figure A for reference) Power ON/OFF (Left)
- ON: slide the ON/OFF switch to the “ON” position to turn the light on.
- This is also for charging the unit (see manual beginning).
- OFF: slide the switch to the “OFF” position to turn off the light. When the switch is in the “OFF” position, it will not charge even in sunlight.
Flame/Still (Right)
- Flame Mode: slide the Switch to the “Flame” position, and the light will illuminate with a flickering flame effect.
- Still Mode: slide the Switch to the “Still” position, and the light will stay illuminated with no flickering effect.
- Charge the unit in a place where the solar panel can be continually exposed to the sun.
- Avoid placing the unit where shade from buildings or objects which would block the solar panel while charging.
- As the solar panel is equipped with a daylight sensor, the product will automatically charge in the daytime and light up at dusk or when the surroundings turn dark.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- The handle is located on the top of the unit, around the solar panel.
- After the unit has fully charged, change the Flame/Still switch to the desired position to select the operating mode.
WARNING & NOTICE
- Do not look directly at the LED light, or it may damage your eyes.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or remodel the product. Any changes can be dangerous and will void the warranty.
- Please keep away from any flammable items, explosions, property damages, or casual injuries that may occur.
- Please keep the solar panel clean to make sure the product can be properly charged.
- Frequently clean the solar panel as needed.
- Avoid scratching on the panel or it may lower charging efficiency.
