Product Usage Instructions

Care and Cleaning:

Before cleaning, ensure that the product is unplugged and cooled down.
Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dirt or stains.
For the interior, fill the kettle with a mixture of water and vinegar (1:1 ratio) and let it sit for about an hour. Then, rinse thoroughly.
To remove any mineral deposits, fill the kettle with water and add a tablespoon of citric acid or lemon juice. Boil the mixture and let it sit overnight. Rinse thoroughly the next day.
Do not immerse the kettle in water or use abrasive cleaners as it may damage the product.

Product Usage:

Ensure that the kettle is placed on a stable and heat-resistant surface.
Fill the kettle with water up to the desired level. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
Close the lid securely.
Plug the kettle into a power outlet.
Press the power button to turn on the kettle.
The indication light will turn red to indicate that the water is boiling.
Do not touch the body of the kettle while it is working and after the water has boiled.
Once the water has boiled, the indication light will turn blue to indicate that the kettle is in keep-warm mode.
To turn off the kettle, unplug it from the power outlet.

Q: What should I do if the indication light does not work as described?

BEFORE USING THE GUIDELINES

Confirm the package is good when get this product.
Please check the rating to confirm if it is same with local power supply.
Put body on the base then this product can work.
It need to be cleaned before first using.
When water boiled, do not drink water directly. Pour water out first.
Do not put water above maximum line.
Do not boil long-term water, should change water for healthy life.

METHOD OF USE

Before turn on power, please add water at the place disconnected with power.
Please add water according to the MIN-line and MAX-line. No less than MIN, or it will not work properly. No more than MAX or hot water will overflow when boiled.
After filling water, please cover the lid.
Confirm the base is on the appropriate supporting place and it is connecting with power supply. Confirm kettle is rightly on the base and all the condition is safe.
When the kettle is working, the indication light as Red light: boiling water begins lighted. And when the water boiled, the indication light as Blue light: keep warm will be automaticly on. Please check this and if it does not work like this. Contact with customer service center.
If user want to stop the working kettle, just press the switch to turn down.

Before using this product, the grounding device need to be checked on the power.
Before using this product, please confirm the power supply 220-240V 50/60Hz is same with local power supply.
Please use the product under the situation that the voltage on the rating is no less than 10% of the true outlet.
If the product’s power cord is damage, user should contact the factory to replace it.
Please move away the base of kettle when enter water. Keep kettle base dry when boiling water.
User should not be absent when the kettle is boiling water.
Keep this product away from children to avoid harm them.
Please put this product away from other electronic products.
When user turns on this product, the lid should be covered and people should be away from it. DO NOT TOUCH ITS BODY when it is working and after water boiled.
Only put water or other liquid inside kettle body, do not put water on power cord, plug and base.
Please do not put power cord near the heating subject.
Do not turn on the power when no water inside the kettle; do not turn on when it is being cleaned or anyone who is operating.
This product is for water boiling. Please do not put other chemical liquids in it or it will lead to damage.
If the electric kettle does not work, please send back to the authorized center to repairs. Do not repairs it by own.
Every of product has its own base, do not use this product by another base. Do not use other spare parts when not confirm.
