Installation Manual
General Guidelines

Notes
- Please do not install the product if any parts are missing or damaged.
- Please do not overtighten the screws.
- Please check regularly if the screws get loose to make sure the stability of the product.
Warnings
- The product should be set up by an adult.
- For safety reasons, please keep children away during installation.
- To protect your floor from scratching, please install the product on a soft surface, such as carpet.
- Please do not lean or sit on the product.
- Please do not put items over the load capacity on the product.
- Use a soft cloth to wipe the product when cleaning.
- Do not store the product in a damp environment.
Safety Warnings
- Small parts are contained in the package. In order to avoid the risk of swallowing, children are not allowed to participate in the installation of the product.
- After installation, please keep the packaging materials out of reach of children, especially babies, to prevent unforeseen hazards such as suffocation caused by the non-woven fabrics, plastic bags, bubble bags, etc. contained in the packaging.
Operating Instructions

First Time Resetting
After assembly and before first use, resetting is necessary to be done. Press and hold the DOWN button to lower the tabletop to the lowest height of 72cm, press and hold the DOWN button for 3 seconds, it reads “RES” on the display and the resetting is done, then it reads the lowest height. -
Height Adjustment
Press and hold the UP or DOWN button to raise or lower the tabletop to the desired height, and the increment or decrement of height will be shown on the digital display. -
Height Presetting
- Default Set Height Value This height value is set by the manufacturer, you can directly use the preset height if it suits you. If not, you can follow the “Memory Height Presetting” to preset as desired. Default height setting: Level 1 – 95cm, Level 2 – 103cm, Sitting – 72cm, Standing – 120cm.
- Memory Height Presetting Press and hold the UP or DOWN button to adjust the tabletop to the desired height, the display reads the height value. Press and hold the number button (1 or 2) for 3 seconds and release till the “H1” or “H2” flashes on the display, in 2 seconds it reads the current height value and it’s memorized to the corresponding button.

Press and hold the button (Sitting or Standing) for 3 seconds and release till the “H3” or “H4” flashes on the display, in 2 seconds it reads the current height value and it’s memorized to the corresponding button.

Error Codes and Troubleshooting
- ANTI-COLLISION PROTECTION : “E02” displayed. It may be activated by the vibrations, collisions or tilts and the tabletop automatically stops and starts to move reversely for a set distance or pressing any button during the reverse movement to deactivate. Check and make sure that the tabletop has no great vibrations, collisions or tilts when moving.
- OVER HEATING PROTECTION : “Hot” displayed. It may be activated by long-term continuous working. Re-connect to the electricity or wait for a 15-minute mandatory rest to restart.
- MOTOR ABNORMALITY PROTECTION : “E10” displayed. Cut off the electricity and make sure that the motors and controller are well-connected before re-connecting to the electricity.
- OVER LOADING PROTECTION : “E20” displayed. When it is activated by overweight, remove some weight before attempting to move upwards; cut off the electricity and remove some weight before attempting to move downwards.
- UNDERVOLTAGE PROTECTION : “E31” displayed. Cut off the electricity at once and make sure that the power supply and controller are well-connected before re-connecting to the electricity.
- OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION : “E32” displayed. Cut off the electricity at once and make sure that the power supply and controller are well-connected before re-connecting to the electricity.
- RESET FUNCTION : When “E10, E20” displayed or reaching the lowest height, press and hold the DOWN button for 3 seconds and release until it reads “RES” on the display, the tabletop starts to lower to its lowest position and slightly rebounds to stop, it reads the lowest height on the display and it’s done setting.
