Assembling and Installing the Monitor Mount
(Applies to single or double monitor versions – single monitor version shown)

Step 1 – Assembling the support arm and support tube

Install the cable support clip (9) by sliding it on the support tube (8).
Thread the M5 x 10 mm sunk bolt (7) onto the arm support ring (6), then place it on the support tube (8) at the desired level for the support arm (3).
Tighten the M5 x 10 mm sunk bolt (7) to securely hold the support arm (3) in place.

Assembling and installing the monitor mount

(Applies to single or double monitor versions – single monitor version shown)

Step 1 – Assembling the support arm and support tube

Install the cable support clip (9) by sliding it on the support tube (8).
Thread the M5 x10 mm sunk bolt (7) onto the arm support ring (6), then place it on the support tube (8) at the level you want the support arm (3) and tighten the M5 x 10 mm sunk bolt (7) to hold it in place.
Slide the monitor plate and support arm assembly (3) onto the support tube (8), making sure that the curved portions of the arm are pointed down. Secure it by tightening the single-arm knob (4).
Install the tube cover (1) on top of the support tube (8) using the M4 x 10 mm bolt (C), then tighten it with the 3 x 3 mm Allen wrench (D).

Step 2 – Attaching the monitor mount to the edge of the desk
Select the position on the desk where you want your monitor mount installed. Make sure that there is enough room for the monitor. The desk should be between 0.6 in. (15 mm) and 2.16 in (55 mm) thick and strong enough to bear the weight of your monitor.

Slide the base support (5) over the edge of the desk and secure it with the tightening knob (2).

Mounting the monitor mount to a desk grommet hole

Select one of the existing cable passage holes in your desktop and remove any decorative grommets or lids.
Remove the screws holding the base support (5) on the support tube, then remove the base support.
Feed your cable(s) through the cable guide loops on the arm, then through the cable support clip that you attached to the main support tube.
Install the bottom plate (10) on the support tube using the four screws you previously removed.
Place the padded mat feet (11) to cover the heads of the four screws and place the monitor mount on the desk surface over the hole you drilled.
Position the base off-centre to allow space for the cables to pass through, then screw the tightening knob (2) through the mounting plate (13) and the desk and into the bottom plate (10) until the monitor mount is secure, adjusting the nut (12) as necessary.

Step 3 – Attaching the monitor to the monitor mount

Centre the monitor plate on the back of your monitor and align the eight mounting holes.
Attach the monitor to the TV plate using eight bolts (A and B). Tighten the bolts firmly but do not overtighten.

The Distributor* of Insignia branded products warrants to you, the original purchaser of this new Insignia-branded product (“Product”), that the Product shall be free of defects in the original manufacturer of the material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of your purchase of the Product (“Warranty Period”). How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period lasts for 1 year (365 days) from the date you purchased the Product. Your purchase date is printed on the receipt you received with the Product.

What does this warranty cover?
During the Warranty Period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the Product is determined to be defective by an authorized Insignia repair centre or store personnel, Insignia will (at its sole option): (1) repair the Product with new or rebuilt parts, or (2) replace the Product at no charge with new or rebuilt comparable products or parts. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Insignia and are not returned to you. If service of Products or parts is required after the Warranty Period expires, you must pay all labour and parts charges. This warranty lasts as long as you own your Insignia Product during the Warranty Period. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the Product.

How to obtain warranty service?
If you purchased the Product at a Best Buy retail store location, please take your original receipt and the Product to any Best Buy store. Make sure that you place the Product in its original packaging or packaging that provides the same amount of protection as the original packaging. If you purchased the Product from a Best Buy online website (www.bestbuy.com or www.bestbuy.ca), mail your original receipt and the Product to the address listed on the website. Display panels containing up to three (3) pixel failures (dots that are dark or incorrectly illuminated) grouped in an area smaller than one-tenth (1/10) of the display size or up to five (5) pixel failures throughout the display. Failures or Damage caused by any contact including but not limited to liquids, gels or pastes.
