- Factory Reset
- To perform a factory reset on the gateway:
- Remove the power cord from the gateway.
- Hold the gray button on the gateway and insert the power cord.
- Continue to hold the button until the red light flashes twice, then release the button.
- When the light flashes four times, the factory reset is complete.
Product Usage Instructions
- Setup
- Follow these steps to set up the Temperature/Humidity Sensor Set:
- Connect the gateway to the router.
- Insert the power cord into an outlet and the gateway.
- Wait for four red blinks on the gateway.
- Insert two AAA batteries into the sensor, observing the correct polarity.
- Download the La Crosse Alerts Mobile App.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
- Gateway Lights
- The gateway has different light indicators with their corresponding meanings:
- 4 BLINKS: Ready to register
- 3 BLINKS: Cannot find server
- 2 BLINKS: No IP address
- 1 BLINK: Check the LAN cable
- NO LIGHT: Check the power cord
- RED/GREEN LIGHTS BLINK: Delete existing registration
- SOLID RED: Registered
- Sensor Reset
- To reset the sensor display, follow these steps:
- Hold the gray button on the sensor until the sensor display resets.

SETUP

- Connect the gateway to the router.
- Insert the power cord into an outlet and the gateway.
- Wait for 4 red blinks
- Insert 2 AAA batteries into the sensor. Observe correct polarity.
- Download the La Crosse Alerts Mobile App.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
GATEWAY LIGHTS
- 4 BLINKS: Ready to register
- 3 BLINKS: Cannot find server
- 2 BLINKS: No IP address
- 1 BLINK: Check the LAN cable
- NO LIGHT: Check the power cord
- RED/GREEN LIGHTS BLINK: Delete existing registration
- SOLID RED: Registered
FACTORY RESET
Gateway:
- Remove power cord
- Hold the gray button & insert the power cord
- Continue to hold until the red light flashes twice. Release button.
- When the light flashes 4 times, register.
Sensor:
- Hold the gray button on the sensor until the sensor display resets.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix Alkaline, Lithium, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
- Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for intended use;
- Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation;
- Ensure the batteries have with correct polarity (+ / -)
- Remove batteries from equipment that will not be used for an extended period.
- Promptly remove expired batteries.
