Safety Instructions

• Make sure that the packaging material does not fall into the hands of children because of the danger of suffocation.

• Do not disassemble the product. Do not carry out any repairs yourself.
  Doing so may result in damage to the device.

• The product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been instructed in the use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.

• The earbuds are IPX5 certified and are therefore not completely waterproof. The earbuds are resistant to on intensive workout or to rain.
  However, do not immerse them in water.

• Keep the product away from places where the temperature is extremely high or low. This may damage the product.

• This product contains magnetic material. Consult your physician to determine whether this may affect your implantable medical device{s).
  Store the product in a dry and insulated place.

• Listening at a high volume for a long time can damage your hearing.
  Therefore, listen at a moderate volume to avoid hearing impairment.
  Take into account that your ears get used to the volume level. Therefore, do not turn up the volume continuously once your ears have become accustomed to the volume. Avoid making phone calls or listening to music via the earbuds when driving. Using the earbuds may affect your ability to react.

Before use

1. Make sure the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.
2. Choose the right size of eartips (S, M, L, XL).
3. Choose the right size wingtip (Sor M).
4. Put the earbuds in your ears and twist them until they are in a comfortable and firm position.

Operating instructions

Connect to your device

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will turn on automatically. Make sure the earbuds are close to the device.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your device.
3. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and click on ‘PrimeSound Sport Pro’, which is the pairing name of the earbuds.
4. As soon as you hear ‘Connected; the earbuds are connected to the device.

Note: after the first pairing, the earbuds automatically connect to the last connected device each time the earbuds are removed from the charging case. So they do not need to be re-paired each time.

Note: the earbuds can be connected to 1 device at a time. Do you want to connect the earbuds to another device? Then first disconnect them from the currently connected device.

Connection problems

If the earbuds have connection or function problems, follow the steps below:

• Remove the earbuds from your device’s Bluetooth settings.
• Put the earbuds in the charging case so they can be charged.
• Reconnect the earbuds to your device.

Switching earbuds on and off manually

Power on: When the earbuds are not in the case, they can be turned on manually by pressing and holding the touch control on both earbuds for 2 seconds.

Turn off: When the earbuds are out of the case, first disconnect the paired device. Then press and hold the touch controls on both earbuds for 5 seconds. The earbuds will then turn off.

Using only one earbud

Want to use only one earbud?
Then remove the left or right earbud from the charging case and insert it. Then do you want to use both earbuds?
Then insert the other earbud too, it will connect automatically.

Charging

• Charging the charging case is possible with the included USB-C cable. It is not recommended to use any other cable for this purpose.
• Fully charging the charging case takes about 3 hours. If the charging case is charged while the earbuds are in it, the earbuds will also be charged.
• Place the earbuds in the charging case to charge them, then close the case. The earbuds will be fully charged in about 1 hours.

Power bank function

• Thanks to the charging case extra-large battery capacity, it is also possible to use the case as a powerbank to charge another device, such as your phone. Use the USB-A port for this purpose.
• Fully charge the charging case first to ensure it has enough power to charge another device.

Touch control functions

• Play/Pause: 1x top (left or right)
• Previous song: 2x left top
• Next song: 2x right top
• Decrease volume: Press and hold left earbud
• Increase volume: Press and hold right earbud
• Answer or end call : 2x tap (left or right)
• Reject call: Press and hold for 2 sec (left or right)
• Turn on Voice Assistant : 3x top (left or right)
• Turn off Voice Assistant: 1x top (left or right)

Interference with other Bluetooth devices

Bluetooth radios operate at a frequency bandwidth of 2.4 GHz. As a result, some wireless devices may cause interference/malfunction with the earbuds, especially if the distance between the earbuds and the paired device is large. Interference can be minimised by removing obstacles between the earbuds and the paired device.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Always ensure that the product is disconnected from power or other devices when cleaning.
• Do not use abrasives or cleaning agents to clean the product.
• Cleon the exterior of the product with a clean, dry cloth.

Disposal

Please observe the local environmental regulations. Do not throw away the product in a normal waste bin at the end of its life. Take the product to a designated collection point so that the product can be recycled.

Warranty

• This product has a warranty period of 18 months. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase.
• Please note! The warranty does not apply to the following cases:
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • In case of damage caused by improper use or improper repair.
  • In case of damage caused by third parties.
  • In case of defects caused by the customer’s own fault.
  • Partially or fully dismantled product.
