Quality Assurance

Yaokong Electronics guarantee that this product is in full compliance with its published specifications when leaving the factory, as long as the proper installation, can be used normally, but YaoKong Electronics does not guarantee that the operation of this product is without interruption or zero error.

Warranty period time

This product has a one-year warranty period from the date of delivery, to ensure that customers will not have any product problems within a year, if within the warranty period, as long as the product quality is proved to be defective, Yaokong Electronics is willing to repair. Any product that needs to be maintained must be sent to the service office designated by Yaokong Electronics. The customer must bear the one-way freight of the product to the service office, and the service office of Yaokong Electronics will bear the return cost and return the product during the warranty period.

General Precautions

  • This machine should not be disassembled by personnel without professional training, otherwise it may be damaged and cause casualties.
  • This manual is for the reference of the user. For detailed technical questions, please consult the agent.
  • This machine has been strictly tested before leaving the factory, but it should not be used if it is dangerous and may cause loss.
  • After use, the main power supply of the vehicle should be turned off and the power supply of the receiver should be cut off.
  • The transmitter should be placed in a safe place, and personnel should not press it randomly to avoid accidents.
  • The crane should have a main power relay, limit switch, and other safety facilities.
  • The crane should be stopped in case of lightning strike or interference.
  • Ensure that the transmitter battery is sufficient and the receiver power supply is normal.
  • The main power supply to the crane and the power in the receiver should be turned off during installation or maintenance to avoid electric shock.
  • If necessary, the manufacturer will make appropriate changes to this machine. Therefore, the contents may be modified from time to time without prior notice, in accordance with the new machine.

Operator’s Precautions

  • Users must receive complete training from Shanghai Yaokong Electronics to be familiar with the operation.
  • The operator must be in good health, good spirit, and can identify and judge the safety of the operation, and have the operation qualification.
  • Shanghai Yaokong solid transmitter, can resist considerable impact and weather resistance, but excessive or deliberate collision, extrusion, may still be damaged.
  • The operator should pay attention to the light on the transmitter, if it is found that the red light continues to flash, there may be abnormal or fault situation, it may also be that the battery has run out, at this time should immediately replace the battery, 2 batteries must be replaced at the same time.
  • Once the equipment is found to be seriously interfered with, the operation must be stopped immediately.
  • If the remote control is not used for a long time, the battery in the transmitter must be removed.
  • Please remember the following emergency treatment before use.

Installation attention

  • When installing the receiver, the power of the receiver should be turned off and ensure that the power is cut off to avoid electric shock.
  • The installation position of the receiver should be selected to avoid contact sparks, such as away from the motor, relays, cables, avoid close to high-voltage wiring or facilities, and also need to consider that it will not conflict with the prominent part of the building.
  • When installing the receiver, it must be locked to avoid loosening and dropping the receiver.
  • The power distribution and remote control function setting of the crane should be really understood (including relay output) to avoid incorrect wiring.
  • The receiver can not be installed in the electric control box. The correct installation method is to fix the receiver on the top (or outside) of the electric control box at an appropriate position, and then the receiver output cable is inserted into the electric control box for appropriate wiring.
  • This series of remote control has 4 billion sets of security code and 400 registration code channels, the factory security code Settings are not the same, in the installation must confirm whether there is the same registration code of the remote control in the same working area, in order to avoid mutual influence and wrong action.

Handling of Emergency Situation

When an emergency occurs, please follow the following steps and notify the dealer immediately

  • Press the transmitter emergency stop button (or emergency stop button)
  • turn off the main power supply to the crane.
  • Notify the dealer to find out the cause.

Matching And Pairing methods

Matching handle method:

  • Step 1: Prepare a small card with the same SN and channel number as the receiver or take the small card out of the receiver.
  • Step 2: Turn off the handle, open the battery cover, take out the battery, plug in the channel number small card with the same as the receiver in the correct direction, install the battery, after powering on the handle indicator flash several times quickly, finish reading the card, and install the battery cover.
  • Step 3: Power on the receiver, press the handle on button to test whether the pairing is completed or not, the normal remote control proves that the pairing is completed.

Pairing method of receiver:

  • Step 1: Get the small card with the same SN and channel number as the handle, or remove the handle small card.
  • Step 2: Power off the receiver, open the face cover, insert the small card with the same channel number as the handle in the correct direction, and install the face cover. Power on the receiver, the indicator light flashes quickly for a few times, and the card reading is complete.
  • Step 3: Press the power button on the handle to test whether the pairing is complete, and the normal remote control can prove that the pairing is complete.
