Safety Instructions

• Make sure that the packaging material does not fall into the hands of children because of the danger of suffocation.

• The product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been instructed in the use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.

• Do not disassemble the product. Do not carry out any repairs yourself. Doing so may result in damage to the device.

• The earbuds are IPX5 certified and are therefore not completely waterproof. The earbuds are resistant to an intensive workout or to rain.
  However, do not immerse them in water.

• Keep the product away from places where the temperature is extremely high or low. This may damage the product,

• This product contains magnetic material. Consult your physician to determine whether this may affect your implantable medical device(s)

• Store the product in a dry and insulated place.

• Listening at a high volume for a long time can damage your hearing. Therefore, listen at a moderate volume to avoid hearing impairment. Take into account that your ears get used to the volume level. Therefore, do not turn up the volume continuously once your ears have become accustomed to the volume. Avoid making phone calls or listening to music via the earbuds when driving. Using the earbuds may affect your ability to react.

Before use

1. Make sure the earbuds and charging case are fully charged.
2. Choose the right size of ear tips (S, M or L).

Instructions

Connect to your device

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will automatically turn on. Make sure the earbuds are close to your device.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your device.
3. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and click on “PrimeSound Sky Pro”.
4. Once you hear “Connected”, the earbuds are connected to your device.

Please note: after the first pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last connected device each time the earbuds are removed from the charging case. There is no need to pair them again.

Connection issues

If the earbuds are experiencing connection or function problems, please follow the steps below:

1. Remove the earbuds from the Bluetooth settings of your device.
2. Place the earbuds in the charging case to charge them.
3. Reconnect the earbuds to your device.

Turn on/off earbuds manually

Turn on: Press and hold the touch control of the earbuds for 3 seconds. The earbuds will then turn on.

Turn off: Press and hold the touch control of the earbuds for 5 seconds. The earbuds will then turn off

Using only one earbud

Do you want to use only one earbud? Remove the left or right earbud from the charging case and insert it. Then, do you want to use both ear- buds? Then insert the other earbud as well and it will be automatically connected.

Charging

• The charging of the charging case is possible using the included USB-C cable. It is not recommended to use a different cable for this purpose.
• Fully charging the charging case takes approximately 1.5 hours. If the charging case is charged while the earbuds are in it, the earbuds will also be charged.

Touch control functions

• Play/Pause: 1 tap (left or right)
• Previous song: 2x left tap
• Next song: 2x right tap
• Lower volume: 3x left tap
• Increase volume: 3x right tap
• Answer/End Call: 1 tap (left or right)
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold left earbud for 2 sec.
• Turn on/off Active Noise Cancelling: Press and hold right earbud for 2 sec.
• Reject call: Press and hold for 2 sec. (left or right)

Active Noise Cancelling (ANC)

To suppress ambient noise, Active Noise Cancelling technology is used. It is important to follow the guidelines below to use the ANC function properly:

• To make optimal use of the ANC function, it is important that the earbuds fit well in the ear canal. If the effect of the ANC function is not noticeable, it may be due to incorrect positioning of the earbuds. In this case, it is recommended to use a different size of eartips.
• Note that the ANC function does not work well in windy conditions or situations with wind resistance, such as when cycling. In such situations, it is advisable to turn off the ANC function for optimal listening experience.

Interference with other Bluetooth devices

Bluetooth radios operate on a frequency bandwidth of 2.4 GHz. As a result, some wireless devices may interfere with the earbuds, especially if the dis- tance between the earbuds and the paired device is large. Interference can be minimized by removing obstacles between the earbuds and the paired device.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Always ensure that the product is disconnected from power or other devices when cleaning.
• Do not use abrasives or cleaning agents to clean the product.
• Clean the exterior of the product with a clean, dry cloth.

Disposal

• Please observe the local environmental regulations. Do not throw away the product in a normal waste bin at the end of its life. Take the product to a designated collection point so that the product can be recycled.

Warranty

• This product has a warranty period of 18 months. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase.
• Please note! The warranty does not apply to the following cases: – Normal wear and tear.
  • In case of damage caused by improper use or improper repair.
  • In case of damage caused by third parties.
  • In case of defects caused by the customer’s own fault.
  • Partially or fully dismantled product.
