SETUP
Get a SIM Card
- Please prepare a 4G nano SIM card , (Please check our device 4G bands with your SIM card provider ),For new SIM card, you can put it in your phone to active it and check the 4G LTE data and VoLTE function, it’s better to set off the PIN code of the sim card.
- Please make sure the GPS SIM card for GPS tracker is able to make a regular phone call and show the phone number so that you can use the GPS tracker to realize the pick up and sound callback function.
- Download and install the free mobile APP. You can scan the QR code down below or search “365GPS” in Google Playstore / Apple store to install the APP.
Power on/off
Open the device SIM slot cover and put in sim card.
Notes
- Recharging the device battery for at least 1 hour.
- make sure the 3 LED are off before you put in sim card.
- Power On: Press the power key for 3 seconds till 3 LEDs are on together.
You may meet the following condition after you power on the device for 1-2 minutes
- Yellow LED slow blinking, means the track is online in the APP already, you can use it directly.
- Yellow LED fast blinking, this means the LTE data is not gotten through yet, you need to set APN by SMS/AT command.
- Yellow LED gets solid, which means the sim card is invalid/ out of balance/ not compatible with the device, you need to change another sim card for the device.
- LED information Power off Press the power key for 8 seconds till 3 LEDs are on together, then all LEDs will turn off and the device will power off.
Login to APP/Web
Please use the mobile APP to track the GPS device when the device’s yellow led
blinks slowly. There are two ways to log in: A: Input the device IMEI and
password manually.
- Login ID: IMEI number (15 digits)
- Password: The last 6 digits of the device IMEI
- Scan the QR code and it will log in to the app automatically You can also login to www.365gps.net to track your device.
- Notes: You can find the IMEI and QR code on the device sticker.

Three positioning methods
How do different positioning methods work?
GPS positioning
when the GPS tracker works outdoors where the GPS signal is available and
stable, it will capture the GPS satellite signal and show you an accurate GPS
location on the map.
Wifi positioning
when the GPS tracker works in a place where the GPS signal is weak/not
available, but if there’s a stable multiple wifi signal is available around
the tracker, for example: in your home/office/mall, the GPS will capture the
wifi router MAC address automatically and show the wifi geometric center as
the wifi location on the map.
(Note: Wifi location function was prohibited in some regions in the world, for example, Germany, USA )
LBS positioning
when both GPS and Wifi signals are not available to the GPS tracker, it will
give you a general location according to the nearest 4G signal tower around it
and show that location on the map.
What’s location accuracy?
- GPS: below 10 meters outdoors.
- Wifi: below 100 meters due to the wifi signal valid range normally can reach 100 meters maximum.
- eLBS: above 100 meters, normally, if the tracker stays in the city, the LBS location accuracy will be much more accurate than that stay in the countryside.
Playback
Please choose the start time and end time and other options in the APP to
check the historical trace of your GPS tracker and show it on the map as
below.
Power saving
Two ways to extend device battery duration: a: “Setting”–> “Update time” set
longer interval b: “Function”–> “Power saving”–>” Remote Off’
Security scope
You can set a security range on the map on the function page of the APP. Once
your GPS tracker is out of the preset safe range, you will get an alarm.

Setting
- Map Setting : you can choose different map options.
- Update time: you can choose different location uploading intervals according to your requirement, the longer interval the lower battery consumption.
- Modify password: please keep the password carefully after you modify the default password.
- eoN OFF: please enable/disable the necessary options according to your requirement.
- Factory data reset: when the GPS tracker on line in app, you can use this option to clear all device data and make it back to factory setup, the password will back to default as well.
SMS COMMANDS
- IMEI query: IMEI#
- Interval setting: TIMER, X,Y# (X=GPS tracker moving status interval, Y=GPS tracker idle status interval)
- Interval query: TIMER#
- Sleeping time setting : SENDS,)(# (x=minutes, range 0-60)
- Static time setting : STATIC,X# (x=seconds, can not exceed sleeping time)
- Reboot: REST# (Device will reboot after 5 seconds)
- Power off: POWEROFF# (can be powered on manually or by recharging only)
- Status query: INFO#
- APN setting: APN,X, Y,Z# (X=SIM card apn parameter, Y=SIM card APN user name, Z= SIM card APN password)
- Factory restore : FACTORY#

- To protect your privacy, please don’t leak your GPS device IMEI # and password, and remember to modify the password after the GPS tracker is online in the APP.
- The GPS tracker needs to communicate with your local telecom operators via 4G network. There may be communication delays in low 4G signal coverage areas.
