To charge the power bank
By cable:

Plug in the supplied Type-C cable to your wall charger.
The USB connector goes to your charger, the Type-C goes to your powerbank. -
When fully charged disconnect the powerbank and it’s ready to use.
IMPORTANT: Only use included accessories or certified and tested accessories tocharge the power bank. Using third party accessories can influence the item safety.
- To charge your mobile device using the power bank By cable:
- Plug your cable into the USB port on the power bank, the other end goes into your device.
- The power bank will take approximately two hours to charge your mobile device to 95%.
- After you have charged your device, recharge the power bank before using again.
For a better charging experience, please use a power adapter that supports 9V/2A. For a more accurate display of the power level, it is recommended to perform two charge/discharge cycles.

- Compatible Devices:** Ensure that the powerbank is compatible with your devices. Using incompatible devices may lead to malfunction, overheating, or damage.

- Avoid Extreme Temperatures:** Do not expose the powerbank to extreme temperatures (below 0°C/32°F or above 45°C/113°F) or direct sunlight for extended periods. Doing so may reduce battery life or cause the powerbank to malfunction.
- Water and Moisture:** Keep the powerbank away from water, moisture, and other liquids. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
- Avoid Sharp Objects:** Do not puncture, disassemble, or attempt to repair the powerbank yourself. This can lead to electric shock, fire, or injury. Contact customer support for assistance.
- Overcharging and Over-discharging:** Avoid leaving the powerbank connected to a power source for extended periods after it is fully charged. Likewise, do not use the powerbank until it is completely depleted. Overcharging or over-discharging may damage the battery.
- Short Circuit Protection:** Do not short-circuit the powerbank’s terminals. This may result in a release of energy that can cause burns, fires, or explosions.
- Avoid High Impact:** Avoid dropping, crushing, or subjecting the powerbank to any form of physical impact. This may cause damage to the internal components.
- Children and Pets:** Keep the powerbank out of the reach of children and pets. Small parts may pose a choking hazard, and ingesting the battery can be harmful.
- Authorized Accessories:** Only use accessories and replacement parts recommended by the manufacturer. Using unauthorized accessories may lead to malfunction or damage.
- Transportation:** When carrying the powerbank, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.
- Ventilation:** Ensure that the powerbank is adequately ventilated during operation. Do not cover the ventilation openings.
