Correct Operation Instructions

STEP 1
| Connect the machine to the AC 110V power supply. Place the machine on a
horizontal desktop and keep it stable.| Connecting to incorrect power
supply(not 110V) may cause fuse blow out or circuit damage. Placing the
machine on a tilted desktop may cause injury to the operator

the operator| For ordinary poly bags. incorrect setting may cause sealing
failure or bag fusing For extra thick bags set the pointer to 8. If sealing
fails, press down handle repeatedly till it succeeds
STEP 3| The poly bag size should not be larger than the sealing size. Evenly
spread out the poly bag on heating area.| Sealing may fail if the bag size is
larger than sealing size. Crease, folding or crimping of bag may cause failed
or uneven sealing
STEP 4| Press down the handle till indicator light is on. which indicates that
the machine is operational. Keep pressing till the light is off and then
release it.|
STEP 5| Check the sealing effect, repeat step or adjust the knob till it seals
well in case of failure.|
| Unplug the power and avoid long time stand by after use. Promptly remove the
poly bag and clean the residue on the heating area| In case of failure in
promptly unplugging from power, lightning or tripping may cause faults during
long time standby. If don’t remove bag and residue timely. Sealing may fail or
the heat- resistant cloth may get burnt if the bad and residue are not
promptly removed.
