FAQs

Question: Why my iWatch cannot be charged with this charger stand?

Answer: When any device cannot charge properly, please confirm the reason and solution according to the following methods: 1. Whether the watch is original; the charger stand cannot work for the iwatch that is not original; 2. Does the maximum output of the charger adapter is 20W or above? Are you using together with the C to C charging cable that supports fast charging included in our packaging? 3. If it's single C port charger adapter, please kindly use a PD 20W or above output adapter, and use it together with the C to C cable that supports fast charging included in our packaging; 4. If it is a multi port charger adapter, it is recommended to unplug other devices first, check if the PD port meets the output of 20W or above then see if the device is working properly; If you have done above but the wireless charging stand still cannot charge devices properly, we feel apologized that you may have received an occasional defective item. Please kindly contact us for a replacement or issue a refund for your order (both are no return required).

Question: Does the iPhone 12-15 Series Support the New Standby Mode?

Answer: Yes, the iPhone 12 to 15 series with iOS17 can use standby mode on our bamboo charging stand to fully utilize the screen and support horizontal charging.
