At FACTORY DEFAULT MODE, any fingerprints can unlock

Please do not close the App interface during the firmware upgrade.

Installation Guide

1.1 Self-tapping Screws
— Wooden Surface.
Step 1. Open the lock box, align the drill holes with the screw holes on the box.
Step 2. Secure it with 4 self-tapping screws. 1.2 Expansion Bolt+Expansion Screw
— Cement, Concrete, Brick, Stone, etc.
Step 1. Use the drill template to mark 4 drilling points on the wall.
Step 2. Drill the marked points (230mm depth, =6mm diameter), insert the expansion bolts.
Step 3. Tighten the expansion screws. 1.3 3M Tape
— smooth surface,like Glasses, Metal, etc.
Step 1. Peel off the covering of the 3M Tape and stick it on the back of Smart Lock Box.
Step 2. Peel off another covering of the 3M Tape and stick it on the surface (Make sure it is clean).
Step 3. Press the lock box for 10 seconds . 1.4 Shackle
— Handle, Knob, Fence, etc.
Step 1. Open the lock box, fix the shackle holder with shackle screws.
Step 2. Insert the shackle into the hole, and tighten the nut on the longer side of the shackle.

Use the Lock Box

2.1 Connect App

The software (iOS version ) can be downloaded from theapp store, and the Android version can be downloaded from the application store of Google play. Yingyongbao, Baidu,Ali, 360, Huawei, and Xiaomi. Step 2
Sign in with your existing TTLock account, or create an account by choosing Register.
Step3
Turn on your Bluetooth, stay near the lock (within 10 feet / 3 meters).
Step 4
Pair the New Device by tapping the Add Device or the + button on the top right-hand corner (Make sure K2 is in Factory Default Mode).
Step5
Choose Add Manually or Auto Scan, select Smart Lock Box, the lock box will blink blue light and buzz when paired.
2.2 Reset the Lock Box
PLEASE NOTE: All data will be erased if you reset Smart Lock Box to FACTORY DEFAULT MODE.
Step 1. Select the device on the Home page and click on the top right-hand corner.
Step 2. Tap Remove Device to reset your lock box.

2.4 Fingerprint Using Precautions

• Make sure your finger is flatly placed at the center of the reader for a better identification.
• During registration, place your finger at the center with the same gesture.
• In case of low recognition rate, please register the fingerprint again.
